The eggplant sandwich is seriously one of the best sandwiches, and the matcha and salted chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Pip's has some of the best coffee in town, with great espresso drinks and drip coffee, using Counter Culture coffee and a La Marzocco espresso machine. The pastries are delicious, and the croissants are worth it. With both indoor and outdoor seating, Pip's is a cozy spot to relax and enjoy a meal or simply linger over a cup of coffee. The place is super cute and they have a great assortment of vintage records.
