Shared the duck and veal entrees which were both phenomenal. The duck was nice and crispy on the outside and perfectly medium in the middle. Fatty, fresh, delicious. The veal was chopped and mixed in with mushrooms in a delicious creamy sauce. That dish came with what is basically a German pasta on the side. We put the pasta in with the sauce so it would soak up all the flavor. Didn’t leave anything left on either plate. Will visit again next year when I’m on vacation
Excellent Swiss meal. This gem of a restaurant combines dishes from across the distinct regions of Switzerland. Many know of Switzerland for watches, chocolate, and fondue but there is so much more. The French, German, and Italian regions are all distinct and Alpina combines the tastes from each region into a small yet complete menu.
