I love this place! BDBC is such a cozy, comfortable and fun place to visit. The coffee is fresh and delicious. We ordered the chocolate croissants, the M&M cookies and the chocolate chip cookies and they all were amazing. Service is super friendly and patient. I highly recommend this bakery cafe the next time you visit Greenport.
First I had an Apple Turnover in which I do not have a picture because it was Fantastic...and fyi I grew up working in some of the finest long island bakeries there were so I know a good Turnover when I taste one...and as for this moment I'm working on the Blue Duck Cookie & ❤ing it as well....dont judge it's been a long hard week and it Saturday ....com'n???

This is a quaint neighborhood bakery that's open year-round. We popped in during an icy day a couple of weeks ago- it was a comfort to be greeted by the warmth, friendly staff, and the delicious aromas of coffee, baked goods, and chocolate. We picked up a lemon meringue pie, Italian rainbow cookies, and frosted sugar cookies; all were delightful. Looking forward to our next visit.
