I wonder if there is a real chef here. What person can name a traditional Greek salad and add whatever he/she wants inside
Greek salad does NOT contain: lettuce, red peppers, artichoke,stuffed grape leaves and for God’s love Naan??? Indian naan???
Show some respect to traditional cuisine or name this salad the Whatever salad. It’s insulting. You could at least google what a Greek salad is!

I want to be fair and give a good rating for the food, service and atmosphere BUT I am very upset. I was overcharged and I am trying to contact the restaurant and they don’t answer the phone or emails.
My bill was $95.67 and I signed the merchant receipt for $95.67. I left a $20 bill in the hands of our waiter Clint for a tip. When I got home I saw I was charged $114.80, someone added a tip of $19.13 without my approval.
I was there on Monday September 2, 2024.
No one is answering my emails or phone calls.

The lamb special was so good I had to write a review. The lamb was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The carrots too were perfectly cooked and not too hard. The dish burst with flavor

First thing that won our hearts was the service they provided to our toddler. The waiter heard our child say she was hungry, took the child’s order first and ensured our baby was eating a little after our drinks came out.
Kids menu was banging! Fried chicken was citrusy and well seasoned. The fried shrimp was crispy and flavorful.

Parmesan chicken wings were a little powdery, but perfectly crispy and paired well with the ranch dressing.

Lemon Pepper Shrimp- at first I thought I was only getting two shrimp with my order! Glad to find the rest of those guys swimming at the bottom of that delicious broth.

Tuna Burger- pretty good. Needed more of that sauce though!

Parking: We decided to park across the street, but there was free municipal parking down the road.

We come to First and South every time we visit Greenport. Exceptional food - including specials - and the staff is fantastic.

Found this place by accident when I was in Greenport what a awesome little gem of a restaurant service was Top Notch food was excellent. Had the pleasure of chatting with one of the owners and I just love the culture they have going on there. Highly recommend it

Fun place to dine. We went to dinner with some friends. We had the fried oysters, steak with fries, lemon pepper shrimp and the mussels. All cooked perfectly and very tasty. Tasty drinks too. We'll be back. Service very attentive.

I had the Mac and Cheese and the Burger. The burger was mediocre, along with the Mac n Cheese. The Mac had crunchy bits added post bake which didn’t meld well with the consistency of the rest of the dish.

Our favorite restaurant when we visit Greenport. The restaurant is very charming and the staff is wonderful. Engaging and so helpful. The food is delicious. I had the BLTGE (guac and egg) on sourdough one day and tuna burger the next. My husband has celiac disease and most options either are or can be made gf. Plus they have gf beer. I might have to visit Greenport more than once a year now
