Delicious lobster! Very generous portions, we could hardly finish our lobster dishes they were piled so high. Definitely get what you pay for! Clam chowder and calamari was amazing too.
Parking: In the offseason (September) pretty easy to find free street parking.

Such a great spot! Beautiful views and outdoor spaces, service was friendly, and the food is excellent. My husband and I shared a bunch of apps and cocktails. The stuffed clams and pork ribs/shanks made our night! The chef happened to come out to another table and was so kind and welcoming! A must go in Greenport!

I went twice to this place twice this summer. It had great atmosphere bands and food was good but I had to cut it short bc the service in the back is NASTY. You would think the woman bar tender in the back bar was going through chemo. Just angry. No smiles. We had to leave. What forced me to write this review was when a much older woman asked for water she got a huge attitude. And was told it was across an extremely crowded bar. It would have been hard for her to get through all the people. Ultimately another bar tender was asked and got it for her and she gave him a nice tip.

We came in on a Friday afternoon with no reservation. We asked if we could be seated with a more direct view of the water and the hostess obliged. I ordered the cold lobster roll which came with fries. I upgraded to the truffle fries. The lobster roll was delicious with huge pieces of lobster and great flavor. There were so many truffle friends and they were flavorful and warm. We also ordered the crab and lobster beignets (special) as an appetizer. The sauce it was came with was really yummy. The order came with 6 beignets. They were good but not what I was expecting. It was more like a fritter. My friends ordered the shrimp scampi which looked delicious. They mentioned how tasty it was and the garlic ..chef’s kiss. They were soaking up the scampi sauce with the piece of bread it came with. Our waiter, Landon, was friendly and patient. He offered suggestions, told us about the ferry, checked on us and didn’t disturb while we played games and looked at the beautiful view of the water. Where we sat, we had clear view of the water and people going by along with a bunny, gophers, and birds. Lots of wild life on the grassy area which some of us thought was adorable. Great food and service and a nice view!

We had lunch at Port and it was a pleasant surprise. The views of the harbor are beautiful. You watch the ferry boats pulling in and out while enjoying one of Long Islands best lobster rolls. I had the hot lobster roll and my wife had the cold lobster roll. The fries were grwat too. This place won't disappoint. Just don't expect great service at the gazebo bar. The table service is far better and the only reason to visit Port.

Went for the first time last night, we had a reservation for 6pm, for some reason I couldn’t get a reservation for 7 pm, but the place was fairly empty, even after we left. I know the weather was supposed to be funky, but I doubt everyone cancelled. The food, drinks and service were excellent. We had some oysters, sushi and ciopinno, we shared everything. The cioppino was amazing, full of seafood and a wonderful broth, which you need plenty of bread to sop up. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is, at $48 for the dish (yes we know everyone is pricing to the max) they charged $4 for extra bread, kinda ruined the whole vibe and seemed super petty. Having said that I’m sure we’ll be back.

We've been to Port a number of times now for lunch, but never been there for dinner. Each time as good as the last. Their stuffed clams are excellent, really excellent. We've had a number of entrees and all have been good. We've been there during the summer and sat outside, not very loud, very comfortable atmosphere with a small view of the water and docks in the distance. Parking has been okay all the times that we have been in the afternoon. I recommend a walk around Greenport afterward. Oh, and the shoestring fries are to die for!

Stopped in on a whim and caught Gene Casey and Helen Hooke’s last set. Had a terrific meal and Gene joined us for a beverage. Thanks to John and the staff for a great evening! Only downside was no more duck fat fries! They were the bomb!!

This is both a review and note to management. We live out there in the summer and frequent all of the Greenport restaurants.
Last night we went to Port for drinks after dinner and to enjoy the music of the band. The place was really hopping. We opened a tab at the outside bar and on our first round (blonde female bartender) we asked for two high noons. She grabbed two and just popped them opened. One of them was pineapple, which neither person likes/drinks. We simply asked if there are other flavors and we were told “you get whatever I grab”
I too have bartender in a hectic environment but that’s just rude. The staff should know that we have lots of choices in Greenport…just be a little nicer.
