THE PERFECT WELCOME PARTY FOR OUR WEDDING! We used them, along with the alcohol cart as a 2 hour welcome party for our guests that arrived early and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Food was great, service was wonderful, and it was so unique that it really made the night special. Perfect kickoff for the wedding weekend!

Rolling in the Dough did our small wedding in November at Lieb Cellars. Unfortunately these fine people were stuck out in rain which amounted to what one could only describe as a monsoon; that did not stop them from pumping out incredible pizza with a smile on their face the whole time. They were easy to deal with, reasonably priced, and just a nice presence to have at our wedding. Thank you for helping make our day a great one.

No thanks. Not prepared to serve the Surf Club Pizza night. Waited an hour to hear they had 6 pizzas left with 30 people left in line. Wouldn't care if they had warned us before wasting an hour of our and hungry kid's lives waiting in line. Unprofessional. Fail!

We had the Rolling In Dough truck cater our wedding (along with Lucharitos) and it was the best decision ever. Their pizzas are DELICIOUS. And they are an absolutely pleasure to work with - Maribeth, thank you for everything! And Keith, the Bar Truck was phenomenal. Their menu for toppings is extensive. Our guests raved about it and every time I saw someone, they were devouring more pizza. Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend!

Went to a great fundraiser for the Peconic Community School yesterday and Rolling in the Dough was killing it with their pizza. I do not consume dairy however upon request they were extremely accommodating with making a non dairy pizza for me. Great service, awesome pizza, very cool pizza truck!!!! Can't wait to patron again when I am in the area. 5 stars!

The Rolling in Dough pizza truck team is phenomenal. We had them cater our rehearsal party, which was basically a second wedding since we invited the whole invite list plus additional guests. Rolling in Dough was SO delicious, so beautiful, and was the home run of the party. Our contact Maribeth was responsive, kind, professional, and lovely. She ran the event like it was her own wedding. Her staff were also very nice and attentive. Any time I came near the truck the guys asked if they could make me a pizza. The food was so good that we were worried we might have upstaged the wedding. We can't wait to throw another party with these guys. Thanks so much!!!
