The food was amazing and was quick to come out, it’s a nice twist of Japanese traditional with North Fork flair. I’m a local so I do come here a few times a year because I’m obsessed with the Duck Ramen. I normally would leave a glowing review but I just can’t because of the one (French maybe?) waitress. I've yet to ever have a bad meal here. The sushi and sashimi is brilliant but where I think they really shine are the noodle dishes. The beef udon is incredibly unctuous, beefy, and full of complex flavor and you get a lot for your dollar. Get the Japanese pickles, the wasabi octopus, or a seaweed salad for your appetizer and you won't be disappointed.
