All the staff were fantastic! We are so happy to have this gem in Greenport. Drinks were delicious as well. Looking forward to going back very soon

Wonderful dining experience. The front terrace provided a lovely setting for dinner. Food was well prepared. The grilled branzino, grilled octopus and tuna tartare were excellent. Service was attentive, but not overly so. Everyone seemed to work as a team. We will definitely return.

Nice new restaurant in Greenport. Drinks were very good. We started with Hummus, tzatziki and Eggplant very good. I had the Pistachio Crusted Halibut which was delicious. The others had the swordfish kabobs and the watermelon salad. We all enjoyed and the service was very good

I’m from Hungary, and was delighted when me and my friend got to know the chef is Turkish. We wanted to have a great dinner somewhere, and ZErdem is up to European standards!! The chicken kebab, as well as the cocktails (though a bit strong😉) were fantastic!! The atmosphere, the serving, everything was perfect! The night there was my favorite one so far in Greenport! 100% recommended!
The service, presentation, food and atmosphere was an astonishing experience. Michael and the entire crew made our dining experience magical. Menu was diverse and presentation exceptional. Make this resturant your go to location for celebration as well as fine dining. Bravo

We had one of the nicest meals, on all fronts, we’ve ever had - from the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were treated so hospitably by the entire team at Zerdem.
My fiancé and I were looking for a dog friendly spot to eat in town, and found Zerdem. A lady who knew many of the locals was so inviting and got us settled at a table of our choice on the patio. Staff came out to turn on a heat lamp and move it in position right next to us. Someone even brought out a water bowl for our dog!
The menu is comprehensive for all dietary needs while not being overwhelming. I was able to enjoy some of my favorite Turkish / Mediterranean dishes - Muhammara, fattoush, grilled octopus - while also being exposed to new things as well - carrot tarotar dip, Turkish branzino filet with veggies. The grilled octopus is a MUST order, and the spreads sampler is really good - especially the spiced pita chips that come with it. The dessert was a new one, a Dubai chocolate pie, that was awesome. Super fresh, great texture, and presented beautifully.
The servings are very generous, and we had a good amount of leftovers to enjoy the next day.
Ernesto took lovely care of us from start to finish, providing recommendations, checking in with us regularly while not being overbearing, bringing us fresh plates and cutlery for every course. The manager was also really warm and friendly and made sure we were having a great meal. For how relaxed Orient and the overall vibe at Zerdem is, the service was both warm and detail oriented in a way you don’t really get at these kind of spots.
It actually reminded me of the service I’ve received when visiting Turkey and Dubai, but out here!
Overall, if you have to try one restaurant while visiting the North Fork, Zerdem is the best - and we’ve tried many over the years. I hope their business continues to grow and flourish!

We had a lovely meal (spreads, grilled octopus, cocktails, fattoush salad, branzino, and Dubai chocolate pie) - everything was delicious! And the outdoor dining set up was cozy, warm and dog friendly - a beautiful way to spend a summer night!

We were greeted outside by a very friendly duo and that was the beginning of a delightful dinner. From start to finish, the food was delicious and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The chef and manager also came by to check in and we gave them a ten out of ten. Highly recommend!
