Went there a few different times and they never get your order right even when they aren't busy then today they handed one of my employees a coffee with the lid not on and dumped it all over them....when talking to management about the issue they just said ok and brushed it aside as if nothing happened....theybwill never get my business again and I hope they don't get yours!

The girl who works here is one of the most unintelligent people i've ever met. Last time she asked me 3 times if i wanted cream and I nicely repeated yes half and half each time, she proceeds to hand me a black coffee, and yell at me that half and half means half caffeinated half not when i corrected her nicely again. This time i ordered one thing waited through the entire line and she proceeds to tell me when i get up there that they don't have it. Just a terrible attitude and worker. Tan stockier and short black hair

Went there about a few months ago and there was a hair built in my pumpkin donut. I understand that the donuts come from the factory but this is absurd!
Stuff is good but they barely get the orders right. Especially when close to closing time!!!

Idk who was working the drive thru and taking orders but they were rude and had an attitude, it sounded like they didn't like there job, maybe they shouldn't be in customer service, telling me yup with an attitude all becuase I asked for the next size up

The last 3 times I was there my signature caramel craze iced latte wasn't served right. 1st the whipped cream on top was a very small amount. Then the drink wasn't stirred. I could see the different layers of sugar, milk,and caramel on the cup. I love going there usually. This happened at the Moravia NY Branch.
