The girl who works here is one of the most unintelligent people i've ever met. Last time she asked me 3 times if i wanted cream and I nicely repeated yes half and half each time, she proceeds to hand me a black coffee, and yell at me that half and half means half caffeinated half not when i corrected her nicely again. Idk who was working the drive thru and taking orders but they were rude and had an attitude, it sounded like they didn't like there job, maybe they shouldn't be in customer service, telling me yup with an attitude all becuase I asked for the next size up

Went there a few different times and they never get your order right even when they aren't busy then today they handed one of my employees a coffee with the lid not on and dumped it all over them....when talking to management about the issue they just said ok and brushed it aside as if nothing happened....theybwill never get my business again and I hope they don't get yours!
