“Consistency in making coffee seems to be an issue here—half the time, I have to add my own shot just to get it right. On top of that, customer service could use some improvement. A simple ‘have a nice day’ from the greeter would go a long way. It’s disappointing to see a lack of basic work ethic in the staff. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, it’s missing here. Not sure who the boy working right now is, but whoever it is should be retrained or fired!”
The last 3 times I was there my signature caramel craze iced latte wasn't served right. 1st the whipped cream on top was a very small amount. Then the drink wasn't stirred. I could see the different layers of sugar, milk,and caramel on the cup. I love going there usually. This happened at the Moravia NY Branch.
It’s a really good coffee shop, at first some of the new employees didn’t know how to make certain drinks but over time they learned and mastered it. It’s not as boujie as Starbucks but it’s cheaper than getting a venti for $7 when you can get a large for $4-5. I recommend the Matcha Latte, Vanilla Bean Coolatta, and Chai Latte if you’re looking for something new and refreshing for a hot day during the summer.
