Yes, it’s a Dunkin but they are not all the same. The service here is always friendly and quick. They have “taps”, similar to beer taps which allows multiple people to prepare drinks at the same time.

The food is good, the service was unbelievably atrocious. I’m not one for leaving a lot of reviews but this location needs SERIOUS attention.
It’s possibly it was just a staffing issue, but the store was not very busy when I got there. I sat at the speaker for like 5-6min before having my order taken. Then I waited another 5-6 min at the window after paying. The employee forgot my food or something because a different employee came to the window not knowing I already paid and was still waiting on food. I had to hand my receipt back and still waited another several minutes for the food.

I only got 2 sandwiches, I was there in total for like 25 min. It’s not fast food at all.

Normally I have a good experience here but on Saturday 8/10/24 I ordered coffee prior to my road trip to be picked up in the drive through but the line was incredibly long so I decided to run in and grab it. I politely asked for my coffee at the front counter and apologized for having to come in to pick it up when the woman by the drive through proceeded to berate me and say drive through means drive through.
I came in on Sunday to complain and the assistant manager was perfectly lovely but when dealing with the store manager this morning I can understand the culture there and why I was berated to begin with.

Saw a fly in the donut section and informed the last behind the counter. She found the fly and took it out and put the donut treys back. I though she would dump the donuts as she saw the fly but that didn't happen. Surprisingly, in the same visit we found a hair in my son's sandwich. The place needs cleaning...

This is the worst place ever. It always takes atleat 30 mins for them to give me my order. Doesn't matter if you are using the mobile app. They only have one employee preparing the food.

The young man working at this location should be commented! Only 2 here and the line never got smaller and I was here for 30 minutes enjoying my food they made! Whoever the manager of this location, hire these young men so help. And Mr or Ms Manager, were are you ?

Last week, while I was on my way home, I stopped by your store and bought a Chai latte. My home is a 2-minute drive away. After changing my clothes, I took a sip of the Chai latte and it was almost ice cold. I was too lazy to go back to the store, so I called and spoke with Carmelo. He apologized with a kind approach and said that I could get a free Chai latte if I stopped by the next morning. However, I fell sick the next day and only recovered yesterday. Today(02.01.2024), on my way back from work, I stopped by the store around 5:20 PM, and I explained the situation to Jacob, who seemed unhappy to be there. After finally learning his name, he looked at me blankly and asked if I had a receipt. I explained that I didn't keep the receipt since I had called in. Then, he looked at me blankly again and with a "where did you come from this evening" expression, he said he couldn't give me a Chai latte. I am a regular customer of yours, and this was the first time I saw this man named Jacob. Someone needs to teach him how to treat customers, how to speak, what customer satisfaction is, and how a dissatisfied customer will feel if no solution is offered. I felt embarrassed by his behavior, as if I was trying to get a free drink. I asked to speak with the manager, but he had already turned away and said the manager would be in early tomorrow. I had to practically pull the name Jacob out of him. My request is for you to refund the cost of my Chai latte due to the poor quality service and treatment I received. I will be at your store tomorrow morning, please have the refund for a medium-sized Chai latte ready. Thank you.
