Went to Junior's yesterday for the NBA game and some MLB games. Service was great, bar was very busy but one of the bartenders Vanessa came right over and got me set up with a drink and a menu. after giving me some time to think she promptly came over and took more order and food came out very quick. food was delicious as always. both bartenders were awesome. I choose to come to Junior's over other bars because the staff always provide the best service and make Junior's a fun place to drink and watch sports. 10/10 experience
Went with my best friend. We got there at 9:00pm and they close at 10:00. We wanted to get a beer and a quick bite and we’re excited to see that Juniors was in Guilderland. We got there and sat right at the bar. There was no hostess. The giant bar was mostly empty. There were two guys sitting at one end and a party of two or three on the end near the kitchen and three drunk guys opposite us. The amount of people at the bar could’ve been easily managed by one experienced bartender. We sat at the bar anxiously staring at the two bartenders that were walking back and forth socializing with the guests. After five plus minutes one bartender greeted us and we asked for menus. She offered a drink menu. We immediately picked our beers and food and waited patiently another 5-7 minutes and the two bartenders continued socializing and FINALLY our beer orders. Then set the menus at the edge of the bar and waited at least ten minutes while the two bartenders socialized laughing hysterically, etc. They were also wiping down the bar. It’s like they did everything in their power to ignore us. Just when we were about to leave they finally took our order. We got our food relatively quick and my brisket sandwich was great and loaded with meat and my buddy got the same sandwich and his had like half the meat. We were there an hour and they never asked if we wanted another beer. The manager at the end of the bar with the button up shirt and the long hair in a ponytail was sitting there the entire time socializing with the people at the end. An entire hour. We finished our food at 10:00 and had empty glasses and we had to tell to one of the oblivious bartenders to cash us out. She gave us a receipt and we immediately took out the card and they wouldn’t come over. We read we could scan a QR code and did and got the hell out of there. Awful service. It was literally offensive how bad it was. I wish we read all the negative reviews before going. I will never got there again.
Delicious sandwiches!

I went to Juniors this past week, and it was really good. They have truly mastered the bar food and are great at what they do. I went during happy hour and my table of 6 ordered all of the specials. The artichoke dip, and mozzarella sticks were my favorite.
The buffalo chicken dip was also good but was too spicy for some at my table. Service was solid and the food came out fast despite every table being taken. I would recommend coming here to catch a game.
Parking: Lots of spots in the plaza
Kid-friendliness: Yes, but leave the crying baby at home
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a flat entry with two different sets of doors to open

Great spot we stumbled upon for lunch. Lots of options for good food. Staff was friendly and attentive and the layout was nice. A good spot for family or friends to grab good food and drinks.

Cheese in mozzarella sticks were cold. Staff were rude. Didn’t get refill’s. Everyone around was getting served but not serving me. We waited long time for us to get our check and to get served. GM was helping others but was ignoring my table. Didn’t get a pickle with my order. Expensive bill not worth it.

My family and I had gone to lunch at JRs Guilderland as we Love the North Greenbush location. We were sat at our table our waitress seemed up beat we were starting off strong. How quick that changed I ordered a Chicken Moonshine Quesadilla and Onion rings. Our waitress brought our food out my Onion Rings were cold and hard I said something before I could speak her hand was over them removing it from the table. Then I took a bite from my faviorate Quesadilla that I order regular no Moonshine sauce, I then asked if I gave her the correct order as there was no moonshine sauce and she got a little argumenative saying that they toss the chicken in it. Yea if they did that therr would be sauce on it. I pushed it aside as I did not want it the manager came over and asked "what the problem was", I explained that the Jr's where we normally eat makes it with sauce on it, she did not even ask just reached for my food and I said hold on I am taking it home. She was annoyed with me the same as my waitress my party could not even get a refill on their soda. I paid my bill and left. Called the NG Jrs spoke with the awesome manager he advised I could speak with Jake who.was the GM for that location, I declined as at that point I was over it. The manger did advise he would be speaking with him. I will say this I will never step foot in that location

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The only issue is the loud ambient noise, making it seem more like a middle school cafeteria.
2-7-2025 the food was fine, service very good, and atmosphere still too noisy and crowded.

A bit pricey but who's not these days? I had a cheese omelette with a side of bacon and the portion of the omelette was very generous and the bacon was cooked just the way I liked it without even asking. The 4 star overall......and I didn't see anyone had ordered is OMG! $16 for a grilled cheese sandwich? I don't eat out a lot anymore because of the high prices. My partner ordered a shrimp quinoa bowl with a side of sweet potato fries (also a generous portion) and we both had an iced tea. $48. I really hope they pay their staff well. Service was great but it wasn't busy.

horribly rude managers! do not patronize!
I love juniors but something is always wrong
They always forget the dressing haha.
Some day I will have to acknowledge that chain sports bars kinda suck. I live close, popped over for a beer and a pulled pork quesadilla. No more pork on the menu. Ok, a burger and a beer. The bartender was attentive. Burger was inedible. Paid my bill and left, learning ( finally) these places suck. The food is terrible. The staff are all underpaid kids just punching a clock. I don't find 100 huge TVs appealing decor. Everyone just looks at their phones anyway.
Stay away unless you want a taste of modern American suburban blight.
