Messed up our orders real bad. Orange yakult one said no ice and mango jelly but had ice and popping boba in it instead. The employee insisted everything was done right. She said the popping boba was the jelly. The bottom had only orange pulp and popping boba (see pic). Really disappointing because we had been here a few times before. We don't usually tip (used the kiosk and did custom tip) until after we get our orders so maybe that was a factor for her messing up our order, but we were going to put something in the tip jar. Not this time. Gongcha and Taichi are cheaper and have more locations. And when Taichi messed up an order, they owned up to their mistake, redid it and let us keep both. Or gave us a cup with the missing topping.

Boba tea without boba. It's like a turkey sandwich without turkey. When I asked why there was none they said you have to ask for it and it's a dollar extra. And no one speaks English. What the actual hell. Go to shining rainbow and get the real thing.

I purchased a crème brûlée milk, tea, hot drink.. the girl did not speak any English, and I had to tell her to give it more heat because it was lukewarm… So I repeated the word more hot, and then she got it, I saw her turn the temperature up from two something to 570, it was still barely hot, but it was definitely not lukewarm anymore.

I usually love the brown sugar bubble tea and have had it multiple times before, but I just got it a couple minutes ago and it tasted sour. The milk was definitely spoiled and was just disgusting. I wouldn't normally complain seeing as how I love the drinks there, but it was $9.35 for just the one large drink and a 10% tip! And I cannot go in and ask for a refund or for the drink to be remade because the person at the counter does not speak English. Which is normally not a problem because I use the Kiosk, but obviously the language barrier in this situation seeing as how she was the only person working. Again I have never had a problem before but I am very disappointed with the service today.
Ordered black sesame mochi bubble tea with brown sugar bubble but got plain milk and black tea. Tastes bland and when I requested to add mochi and black sesame. they don’t understand English and all extra toppings are missing.Edit : if you use google translator and show them what you want they make it slightly better and good authentic bubble tea in Albany area.

Forgot to take a photo of what we got. We ordered a cup of fresh avocado with topping. We loved it! It is a pretty good place to take a sit too, it is clean and bright with several tables.
