Terrible place, every time I stop by, they mess up my order. Last time I ordered, I was served a hot drink instead of cold, server was very unpleasant.

It never fails that every time I go to the Starbucks, they never can get my order right and then they try to negotiate and give me whatever is wrong that they made. They don’t really have the best customer service skills either they make it seem like it’s my fault that they got my order wrong it never say hi how are you? Thank you. Have a good day.

Made the worst iced latte I’ve ever had and I get Starbucks nearly everyday (not from this location). Gave me just milk and ice. No espresso, nothing coffee at all. Paying almost $10 for a terrible drink that consists of only milk and ice
This used to be a great store, but now, 9 out of 10 times the drink is terrible. I dispise paying an astronomical amount for a terrible drink/ paying for almond milk and it gets substituted with regular. If people order a dairy free drink, might be for a reason, don't assume you can substitute dairy, just ask.

Usually stop here and I don't mind waiting, but experienced pretty terrible service yesterday. There was one guy who asked me my name and then he got a bit upset and told me kinda loudly "You just placed your order. You NEED to give us more than 5 minutes." Lol like I can't wait inside?! I hadnt spoken one word to anyone, so it was a bit out of pocket. He just shoved my drink at me without saying anything else.
Outside I saw that the drive thru line was long so I placed a order for pickup instead.. please treat customers better, especially the ones coming in who are trying to make it easier for you! There is no need to rush, only be kind!
After reading some other recent reviews, I see a bit of a trend. Never had this issue in Schenectady, and they are always so kind there. Do your store a favor and take some tips!!

I go here basically because this is the closest Starbucks to me, and there is usually a seat available. I lowered my atmosphere rating since they redecorated and got rid of the lounge chairs. That was a real plus for this location. The other downside is that it was not built with adequate room in the parking lot. Never park in the space is out front because if there is a line for the drive-through, you will never be able to back out of your parking space. Other than that perfectly adequate, and it’s a Starbucks! You know what you’re going to get and that you’re going to overpay.
This location was “sanitized” during a recent remodel by which I mean that the signs of a specific personality for this location were removed. The manager, as I remember had a name for the place, pleasant town or something like that which was up on a blackboard and was regularly promoted to the staff and customers. The manager‘s card was also readily available to send comments now it looks like every other Starbucks I haven’t been others to see if this was dictated by the company or just a local change, but it was a detrimental one.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STARBUCKS!!? It used to be the BEST one, and now I’ll drive 10min out of my way to avoid it.
The drive thru folks are usually pretty friendly, but every time I venture inside, I encounter the rudest customer service. Today for example, I mobile preordered a beverage that was supposed to be ready by 10:28, arrived to find the drive thru insanely backed up, so I popped inside to grab it, and as of 10:33 (5min after it should’ve been ready), I politely asked an employee if I could grab a drive thru mobile preorder inside instead… he gave me the rudest eye roll, mumbled something I had to ask twice what he was saying, and eventually got ‘nah not ready’ and then proceeded to make a different drink… I left and got back into my car to sit in the drive thru—if I’m going to have to wait an obscene amount of time for one latte, what’s the point of mobile preorder? And why be so rude about it? It was all just such a perfect example of terrible customer service and poor manners… it costs zero dollars to be polite. I wouldn’t have minded the drink not being ready, but that response was so uncalled for. I can wait 20min for a simple latte elsewhere without the rudeness.
Update: I finally got to the front of the drive thru line and the same employee opened the window. He asked what my drink was, I said it was the mobile order for Cassandra, and he said ‘Oh right’ and then mumbled something I couldn’t make out about a new system. I started to respond and he shut the window in my face mid-sentence and turned his back to me. I do not know this individual, I have no idea why he felt the need to be so rude to me, twice, but kindness is free. It takes effort to be that rude.
Update #2: I just took a sip of my drink and it is all wrong. Watered down, burnt taste, and missing the gingerbread flavoring… also does not have the usual taste of oatmilk, so hoping this doesn’t make me ill as someone with a severe lactose intolerance.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. However, after the recent remodel, it has become slower, less stocked, and often has an unpleasant smell. The staff is very friendly, but they need more people on each shift to consistently provide quality service.

This used to be the best Starbucks in the Capital District. I haven't been to this location in a while but after today I probably wont return. I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. My food was barely warm and service was horrible. The team working this morning seemed to not know what they were doing. Hopefully they can overcome this and get better training/employees.

I have to agree with the plethora of other bad reviews about the so-called service. Went in today and just stood at the counter for quite awhile until the girl/lady came over to finally take my order. I had my own personal mug as I have done 300 times before but she looks at it and alleged it was not clean enough (I had literally just finished a cup on my way by and stopped in for another). I told her if it was that concerning to her I would go rinse it out in the bathroom to which she muffled from behind her mask that it was, "not recommended" but she would, "allow" me to pour my coffee from the Starbucks cup after she made it into my own. How generous. It took another 5 or so minutes to get the coffee before I left this miserable establishment. Way to go above and beyond, and way to reduce plastic waste.
As an aside, the redesign of the place is terrible. They removed the leather chairs and in doing so sucked the last feeling of a coffee shop out of the place and replaced it with a typically sterile American-style restaurant devoid of any personality.

Hands-down, the worst Starbucks in the Capital district. Continually screws up orders or will accept mobile orders, but then you get to the store it’s closed. You can get stuck in the drive-through line for 15 to 20 minutes. Management does not seem to care. If I could give less than one star, I would!

Went this morning a drive thru big long wait. After many minutes I left and found it had closed sign on front door but nothing at drive thru. What a waste of my time.

Very disappointed. They never got my orders right, yet never apologized for it. Frequently close their store earlier than the hours listed on google map, and the workers there don’t seem to care about their customers.

Poorly managed! The service is so slow, very often there will only be a few customers in the Starbucks yet it takes like 20-30 mins to get a simple sandwich and coffee. I go to other Starbucks and they are so much quicker and efficient! Try to avoid this location
