Horrible customer service. I said thank you when picking up my drinks and the worker just looked at me with a frown on her face. One of my drinks was incorrect as well.

I’m doing a 3 star because I don’t think this is necessarily the employees fault but I am a single mom to a one year old and had a whole day planned.. breakfast at Starbucks where I bought two oatmeal’s, one for her and one for me along with a Frappuccino, she’s out of her infant car seat already so I expected there to be high chairs in there as all the Latham locations and north greenbush have high chairs. I bring my baby in to Starbucks and look for the high chairs and they said they don’t have any. I’m kind of shocked in this day and age that an establishment that serves food would opt have an option to keep an infant safe. So here I am in my car feeding my baby oatmeal because trying to eat it inside (which I had originally planned) with her on my lap would not be fun lol so this review is to just suggest having an option for kids who need a high chair especially since I was spending money on something to feed her as well.

Rude staff. They can’t get the drinks right, nor can they multitask. Bunch of snobs. I was given an attitude for pulling up to the window, when I sat there for 2 minutes -said hello, no one answered. He had the audacity to ask me if I stopped at the speaker box, and snapped saying they get busy. LOL - comes back to the window with snark. How pathetic :). I hope that made you feel so cool. Sorry you can’t multitask.

The owner commenting on these negative reviews needs to stop saying sorry and actually do something. Your store clearly sucks.

Best Starbucks I have been at. I often drive by this one, however, not busy so I dropped in for the summer berry Lemonade. Received a gift card for Father’s Day and the drink is good, however after getting one from this store I can say they are great!! The young man who made it. Thank you. I will be back and when I c u I will give a proper tip. I was so excited about getting the drink i forgot. Next time I will take care. But thank thank thank you!!!

Ordered ahead on the app and arrived on time to do in store pickup. Received drinks timely but sandwich was missing so we waited...the store was empty and only an occasional car in drive thru. 5 people on the clock behind the counter. When we finally asked about the missing sandwich the blonde girl we spoke to stared at us and then turned back and ignored us. We waited a little bit longer, thinking maybe she just had to finish up whatever she was doing. Nope. She just didn't give a sh@t. So I went to the register and asked the first associate about the sandwich, he seemed confused. Then the next associate actually started helping us by making it for us. Then, he found the original sandwich stuck on a piece of equipment and handed it to us. Meanwhile it's now cold but whatever, we took it. Entire order took 18 minutes to fill with at least 5 people working.
I don't know what it is about this location but the crew is always either rude or just completely lacking basic customer service skills. I come here a few times a week but think I'd rather just go to the one by SUNY instead.

Terrible place, every time I stop by, they mess up my order. Last time I ordered, I was served a hot drink instead of cold, server was very unpleasant.

It never fails that every time I go to the Starbucks, they never can get my order right and then they try to negotiate and give me whatever is wrong that they made. They don’t really have the best customer service skills either they make it seem like it’s my fault that they got my order wrong it never say hi how are you? Thank you. Have a good day.

Made the worst iced latte I’ve ever had and I get Starbucks nearly everyday (not from this location). Gave me just milk and ice. No espresso, nothing coffee at all. Paying almost $10 for a terrible drink that consists of only milk and ice

This used to be a great store, but now, 9 out of 10 times the drink is terrible. I dispise paying an astronomical amount for a terrible drink/ paying for almond milk and it gets substituted with regular. If people order a dairy free drink, might be for a reason, don't assume you can substitute dairy, just ask.

Usually stop here and I don't mind waiting, but experienced pretty terrible service yesterday. There was one guy who asked me my name and then he got a bit upset and told me kinda loudly "You just placed your order. You NEED to give us more than 5 minutes." Lol like I can't wait inside?! I hadnt spoken one word to anyone, so it was a bit out of pocket. He just shoved my drink at me without saying anything else.

Outside I saw that the drive thru line was long so I placed a order for pickup instead.. please treat customers better, especially the ones coming in who are trying to make it easier for you! There is no need to rush, only be kind!

After reading some other recent reviews, I see a bit of a trend. Never had this issue in Schenectady, and they are always so kind there. Do your store a favor and take some tips!!

I go here basically because this is the closest Starbucks to me, and there is usually a seat available. I lowered my atmosphere rating since they redecorated and got rid of the lounge chairs. That was a real plus for this location. The other downside is that it was not built with adequate room in the parking lot. Never park in the space is out front because if there is a line for the drive-through, you will never be able to back out of your parking space. Other than that perfectly adequate, and it’s a Starbucks! You know what you’re going to get and that you’re going to overpay.

This location was “sanitized” during a recent remodel by which I mean that the signs of a specific personality for this location were removed. The manager, as I remember had a name for the place, pleasant town or something like that which was up on a blackboard and was regularly promoted to the staff and customers. The manager‘s card was also readily available to send comments now it looks like every other Starbucks I haven’t been others to see if this was dictated by the company or just a local change, but it was a detrimental one.
