Tacos Diablo (Guilderland)

Solid burritos and burrito bowls. Not fancy, but the food on both occasions I've gone has been filling and of good quality. I especially enjoyed the carnitas. All around place for Mexican food in an area where it was lacking before. Recommended.

Omg this was so good. Ordered to go on our way home from work. Everything was hot and ready to go when we got there. I was underwhelmed by the tamale, but everything else was excelente. Can't wait to go back. And so happy they are so close!!! Authentic, definitely our new go to for tacos!!!

A cute lil Mexican restaurant with a limited menu that does the trick. They have around 2 locations and a food truck that you can find its locations on their website.

Service was good and my only interaction was during ordering. The person who took the order was thorough, he detailed what each dish came with making the experience good.

I was initially disappointed with the Elotte, as I thought elottes are grilled, but this tasted more like a boiled corn. If not for the Elotte, I would have given them a 5.

We ordered the soft tacos and quesadillas. With habanero, corn and pico de Gallo salsa. I would probably stop by again to try out their churros and flan, with me being stuffed, I had to skip on the desserts.

Note the quesadilla was served in a box that can be used to take out as well. However, we finished our entire order.

We ordered Tacos Diablo catering for my 40th birthday party. The price was reasonable and it was plenty of food for our 25 guests. Everyone absolutely loved the food and they’ve been raving about it ever since. I think they picked up a couple dozen new customers that day. Food was piping hot, ready on time, nothing was missing, and everything was super fresh. Would highly recommend it! Working with Dominick from the Guilderland location in the preparation for my party was super easy and he was always quick to respond.

Just like the original place. Top notch Mexican. Everything is a cut above. BTW...Best brownies to finish your meal. Chef approved.

“Devilishly Deliciously” more like Devilishly DOO DOO. If you wanna taste bland, luke warm to cold food, no seasoning, over priced, DONT GO HERE.

Pulled into the plaza parking lot just to see what kind of stores were in it. Decided to stop and have lunch at Tacos Diablo! The street tacos are to die for I will be coming back next time I'm in the area!

Went there last night. If you’re looking for atmosphere you’re in the wrong place. It’s bare bones. If you’re looking for the best tacos and street corn in the area, then bingo, you’re there. Had the carne asada taco which was out of this world. Seasoned just right. The elote (Mexican street corn) was the finest I’ve ever had. Outstanding food. I will be back!

Vegetarian options: Can ask the cheff to make with our meat.
