I called this restaurant on accident trying to call a local Kronys pizza near me. The rude staff member laughed over the phone and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly by a restaurant worker.

Can you add photos to these reviews? Burnt fries that are somehow still soggy. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with no ranch. I got a salad wrap with half a chicken patty in it, no buffalo sauce. It was too hot to cook today so I just wanted a nice wrap. I will not order here next time. Although the phone girl was VERY polite

The phone girl was very polite. Ordered for pick up. Drove home and opened this. Burnt fries and no chicken or hot sauce in my buffalo chicken wrap. Granted when I called I asked them to omit the ranch dressing that comes in it. Iām extremely disappointed and still hungry.

Broke from my usual breakfast routine to visit Cronies, and I honestly got about what I expected. Friendly service, mom & pop tier breakfast, and a bill that was light on the wallet.
Ordered the Cronies Super Breakfast, which included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, home fries, choice of meat, choice of toast, and a coffee. All that for only $10.50, what a steal!
Picked a rather poor spot to sit unfortunately, wanting to keep room open to larger parties I chose the only 2 seater table at the front, which placed me directly in the early morning sunlight. Cooking me like the bacon I ordered. Might want to tint that window or get some shades or something.
Pancakes were super filling, and the syrup offered must have been either sugar free or low sugar, because it really had to slather the pancakes to get any sweetness out of them. The scrambled eggs were a little runnier than I usually like, but paired very well with the wheat toast. The bacon had the same issue of being less done than my preferred crispiness, but the home fries were spot on. Really wanted to finish it all, but in the end I was only able to polish off all but half a pancake and a few of the fries.
Noticed most everyone who came in was welcomed in a very familiar fashion, likely regulars or people who live nearby and are known, unlike myself, but even still, I did not feel unwelcome.

Ordered takeout. 2 subs, fries, mushrooms and onion rings with sauces. Got home, no sauces, fries were somehow black yet raw and there was a dime stuck in the sandwich. When we called they pretty much called us liars. Will never be back again. Good luck if you eat there.

I can only speak for the square pizza for takeout. Crystal bar's original recipe is used, and it's sooooooo good.

The fish fry was DELICIOUS!! The stuffed baked haddock? Even better! We got everything in our order and the size of the portions were incredible. Very reasonably priced for how much food you get. Will be going back.

My mom and I love coming to Cronies! I always get the buffalo chicken salad and it is always amazing! I have tried the hot version of the salad and it definitely has a kick. I go for the mild now and it is just perfect! The waitresses are always so sweet! We also got an Island Pizza to go and Iād give it a 8/10! Lastly their prices are great! The cost of the salad, hot dog, side salad & pizza came to 28!
Plates are greasy or dirty when you ask if you can get a clean one youāre told I can try waitress did not listen and acted like she was on something I really used to like this place the food was always good but they really need to maybe get a dishwasher and a waitress that can focus long enough to take your order correctly

I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure the menu out online, which wasnāt possible, and then just decided to walk the couple minutes down and order something simple from their menu that wouldnāt take too long. Lights on, open sign, door unlocked, but they had already closed the kitchen down and couldnāt offer me anything. I get it, itās a Monday, a holiday, and Iāve been a chef for over twenty years, so I know how nice it is to close early. But now I donāt have any options for a late dinner after traveling. I would suggest staying open until your listed closing time. I would have loved to get some fries with gravy or a club sandwich. I wasnāt planning to order a pizza or pasta dish. A big disappointment overall.

I ate there on Nov 4th. I got a BLT,fries and a Pepsi. The waitress never checked back to see how everything was hence the 3 stars.I am 68 so I have eaten in alot of places and I have to say the fries were the worst I have ever eaten.They were just limp,soggy and undercooked in the middle.The BLT was just ok as it has very little tomato and seemed like it was mostly lettuce smothered with mayo.Now the price....$ 18.80 is unreasonable for what you served.A BLT is a lunch not a dinner and I found it overpriced for what it was(nothing to write home about).I really don't think I would go back because it just didn't impress me at all.

Weāre new to the area and decided to try this place a few weeks back and have since eaten here like 4 times! Everything here is amazing. Meatloaf tastes just like my mom made! Fresh cut fries yum! my son and husband LOVED the grilled cheese. Mozz sticks are crispy and yummy. My brother in law said it was the best hot turkey sandwhich heās ever had. The breakfast was really good too! I ordered the pizza for delivery tonight and OH MY GOD wow! it reminds me of Ralphās pizza in colonie, just as good if not better! Food is amazing, prices are amazing and the waitresses are super nice! highly recommend
