First off, u have to provide your card number and exp date over the f Phone if not paying in cash. Which is so 1999 its pathetic. Then they have the gaul to request a tip BEFORE u recieve your food which is the most bogus bullshit ive ever heard of. Go to a restaurant and imagine u tip the waitress before you even recieve her service.... what? The food: sloppy barely cooked pizza that falls apart when u attempt to lift it. Ordered a pizza online and picked it up five minutes before the pickup time. Was home in 5 minutes and it was barely warm. I called and the manager basically said what do you want when it sat in the car for the 5 minute drive home. I wasn't looking for a refund, maybe at least an apology but he got snarky with me which I didn't appreciate. They have lost my business!
