“I have to start by saying how amazing the Wayland Brewery and staff are! We hosted a retirement party for my husband in Wayland Hall and couldn't have picked a more perfect venue. It’s not often where your top three criteria (venue, staff & food) are exceeded and exceptional. The venue – I can only describe it as simplistic beauty. It’s gorgeous and designed so well that it can fit any theme. The staff - Wayland has a gem in Tara! She worked with me throughout the whole planning process, doing whatever she could to make sure our event was special. So, when that day came, she didn’t disappoint! Her attention to detail, and reassuring disposition, showed the confidence she had in her ability to put a nervous host at ease; through her experience of listening and executing. This was all I needed, I left her and her crew to do what they do best, and they did! Everything from the setup, décor and placement of special items was just right! I am still receiving feedback on this wonderful staff. Our guests were well taken care of, even with special requests I didn’t know about - done! They allowed me to enjoy the party and honor my husband without worry and I am so grateful for that! Shout out to: Tara for being any and everything to us! To Noah, Bella and Whitney, the best bartenders ever – YOU DID THAT – The smoked drinks were a hit and the vibe you helped create was awesome! To Jules and Caelie for their tireless efforts in serving us with nothing but JOY & SMILES – dedication at it’s best! To the head chef Jacob and both sous chefs Ani and Dave, thank you for keeping our palettes happy and craving more, the Food was DELISH! If anyone is thinking of booking an event with Wayland, don’t hesitate, just do it! Once you are given the "Wayland Experience" it will make you want to find a reason to book another event...just because! They went above and beyond to make this celebration memorable and special! “Shout out to Jade! Came here bc my “celiac family” recommended it. Been sick for 5+ months. Didn’t know it was celiacs. First time eating out in a restaurant since, and Jade was PHENOMENAL! So nice and informative, accommodating and for the first time in months, I felt safe eating. A simple thank you seems so inadequate…. THANK YOU! Thank you to the owners, the chef, and the staff! ❤️“
