Carte Blanche is a restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. The "Color of Money" drink is a must-try, and any dish with mushrooms is highly recommended. The house dressing, red sauce, and wine selection have also received praise. The food is excellent with prices to match, and the wine selections are terrific. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, with an open air feel that guests enjoy. Staff and servers are warm, courteous, and attentive, making every visit special. The small place offers a good variety of small plates and entrees, including the Caesar salad and Stuffed Hungarian Peppers, which are highly praised. The chocolate Mousse is unique and outstanding. The house’s chef or owner, Grant, has impressed visitors with his amazing food, atmosphere, and service, which many find better than most places in western New York. In addition to delicious food and great wine, the restaurant also features fantastic cocktails, including the renowned "Color of Money," and underrated status in the Southtowns. The truffle pasta and cauliflower alfredo are also highly recommended by guests.
