Place has decent wings and that's about it. The bartender is not a nice person and they don't answer their phone ever so take out isn't really much of an option as they claim. Please ask your staff to answer the phone or just get rid of it. I've given up on them recently because it shouldn't be difficult to order food from a restaurant.
The best wings, don't miss this place.

We ordered 10 chicken fingers- that’s it. We were told it would take 30 minutes. We ordered at 6:15. Our fingers were not ready until 7:20 !!!
Excellent wings! Nice bar that has some seating but we sat at the bar for quick round of drinks and wings. Staff we interacted with were very nice and amicable. We would definitely stop here again.

Hate to say it, but these may be some of the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. Somehow somewhat crispy but still rubbery to the point that you couldn’t eat the skin. No sauce on the wings at all, very dry and medium was extremely hot, just straight up red pepper flakes as the seasoning. Down $40, sad day lol.

Good wings
It could be a bit warm inside the bar area during the summer because of no AC. Fans didn't cut it. Just deal with it.

There were 7 of us. My husband and I had the fish fry. Three people had the chicken fingers, two had shrimp dinners and one had a fish sandwich. I can deal with, and accept slow service, especially if there’s only one waitress. However, mine and my husband’s fish was awful. I could barely cut the fish with my knife it was so tough. It actually tasted like it had sat around for a while then reheated. I chose a salad as one of my sides. That was fine but the ranch dressing wasn’t even cold and it was lumpy. We weren’t going to not leave a tip because it’s not the waitresses’ fault that the food wasn’t fit for public consumption. We decided to add this place to the very short list of places we won’t go back to.

Excellent fish fry
If you find yourself in Hamburg, New York—not Germany—you should try Mammoser’s. A wood-paneled, sticky-floored, Midwest house-style bar, this place has made a name for itself with its wings.
The Buffalo resident is a fickle consumer of wings. They can be neither soggy nor too dry. The sauce can't be too hot or too vinegary. God help you if a wing joint assumes you wanted ranch. But in true Buffalo fashion, they’re too nice to ever put a place down.
Mammoser’s is a dark, calm corner of the world I feel I could retreat to anytime. The wings aren’t saucy in the traditional way, but instead rubbed with a mostly dry seasoning. I can see whole pepper flakes coating the wings. I bite into one and rejoice at the flavors and textures from the crispy skin and perfectly cooked chicken. I tear the bones out of the flat as I continue to eat like a Bills-loving caveman. Before I know it, the wings are reduced to a bowl full of bones, and I'm leaning back in my chair, wiping my hands clean with a moist towelette. It’s like I just remembered I live in 2025 instead of 2000 BC.
Buffalo wings are food for any occasion. I've eaten them after breakups, graduations, Super Bowl parties, and at funerals. And if you have something going on in your life—good or bad—you should sit down at this place, drink a beer, and eat some wings in multiples of ten. Make a stupid joke to the bartender, and for a moment, just think about how nice life can be.
Great unique wing flavors. On my top 10 list in the Buffalo area. Hot and Hot Cajon BBQ were hot but great.
Clam shower was good. Wings took almost 30 minutes to come out, I asked for extra crispy, they were not crispy and the wings had a Chilli power and red pepper flakes on them. No sauce at all!!! Drinks were cheap.
