Yikes. Just want to start this by saying there’s a place down the road, go there. Went there for a quick lunch with my family. It wasn’t busy and yet every order was messed up or items forgotten while I was there. The first lady had her fries forgotten. The second had her chips or something forgotten and she simply asked me what I got because she didn’t know. I ordered 2 hot dogs, a cheeseburger and onion rings. I believe I was charged a to go container (never got one). And look at those $3+ onion rings. Laughable. The lady grabbed my food with her bare hand and then said “Oops” aloud knowing her mistake. And my onion rings were chewy and soft. Cash only, but that’s not a big deal. Still can’t believe it was like 5 chewy onion rings for $3+.

BEWARE, Tacky to Go ChargeWonderful place Harkens back to yesteryear and friendly staff round out very good food experience. A huge detraction is a charge for take out food! Unbelievable since it's a TAKE OUR RESTAURANT! For over a century that has been a cost of doing business and should be figured into the price and not an add on. The prices have risen steadily there and the service charge is disrespectful to the loyal fan base. The other detractor is the removal of the port a potty.

Great family run hot dog and hamburger shop along the lake. Outdoor tables for dining (no indoor sesting). Very friendly staff. A classic in Western New York! Don't forget the loganberry!

Just like I remembered it when I lived in Hamburg in the 70's. This was a favorite of my parents and remember going when I was a little girl. One of our first stops when we were visiting Buffalo. Amazing hot dogs and fries, so happy I got to go back and experience this again!

If you like old time Hot Dog stands it’s definitely worth the stop. Everything was great we tried everything. Very friendly people & it’s worth spending the money where your money & patronage is appreciated. They only take cash.

Big thing is it’s cash only and all seating is outside not the worst as you get a bit of a glimpse of the lake. Personally not a fan of the open style help your self to the condiments as there’s flys flying around.
