My boyfriend walked to this Tim hortons today 12/7 , about a 10 minute walk and ordered a large drink , breakfast sandwich and a donut . He then sat down and used the WiFi on his gaming device to check some baseball scores on his app. He sat for not even a half hour (after eating) and suddenly the WiFi turned off . After restarting it a few times he looked at his his phone and saw the WiFi was turned off completely. He had been ignored the whispering and glares from the workers and realized THEY shut off the WiFi to make him leave. The catty front counter guy rudely sayed have a good dayyy after leaving . My comment is why ? Isn’t the area for customers ? It’s not like he’s a bum who was loitering he’s an actual paying customer ! Maybe they didn’t like the way he was dressed or that his manners weren’t as forced friendly , he said please and thank you he didn’t talk rude , so why the hostility? I’m now going out of my way to another location daily from now on . Totally rude and insulting

I had an incredible experience at this Tim Hortons. As this is the first location of the franchise that I have visited, I very much enjoyed both the food and service provided. I also specifically had a great interaction with Brooklyn.

This Tim Hortons never ever gets our order correct, we have to go inside and take the wrong order in and wait for our correct breakfast 😡. What a great way to start the day off with the wrong food I don't even want to eat now it's taking so long. Never go here again

Weather I use the drive thru, app, or order inside. The one lady there seems to constantly get my order wrong and acts like she hates her job. I cant for the life of me remember her name, but if you get lucky and she doesn't have a shift when you order, the food is great
Quick edit: was just here because the other location didn't have a donut i wanted. The new girl working the drivethru was phenomenal. She was very nice and patient when the speaker wasn't working well lol. Got my order right as well!
why is every girl here so mean n has so much attitude. Came in today and little miss emily was on window. She was rude and forgot my one drink then got mad at me when i corrected her. Every single day these girls have a bad attitude. Will never come here again it’s ridiculous. And don’t get me started on Morgan the one manager she flirts with everyone even the other employees!!! It’s ridiculous!!!

I don't normally stop at Tim Hortons anymore ever since I got a Keurig. However I decided to stop here about a week ago for lunch & needless to say, that ended up being a costly & dumb decision. Everything I asked for was out of stock & the service was u professional to say the least. I love Tim Hortons but I'll not be going to this location in particular at all anytime soon. I had to settle for a plain bagel & the bagel was absolute garbage
