The manager with the red curly hair is incredibly rude and passive aggressive towards customers. I was picking up orders I made through the app in the store, but apparently I unknowingly was placing them for drive-thru. Rather than help me, this person decided the best course of action was to chastise me. I explained I didn't realize I was doing something incorrectly on the app and asked them to show me where I was going wrong with my order, but it became abundantly clear in a fraction of a second that this person wasn't actually interested in helping and just wanted to yell at somebody. Even the other workers acknowledged to me that this person was being unnecessarily difficult.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location multiple times. The manager at this McDonalds was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking orders calmly, she was yelling and screaming at customers who were just trying to place their orders. When it was my turn, I was either ignored completely or treated like I wasn’t even standing there. No customer should have to deal with that kind of behavior, especially in a place where you expect quick and simple service. Management really needs to address this issue because it creates a terrible atmosphere and makes people not want to come back. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any McDonald’s.

I went to McDonald's in Hamilton this morning. For breakfast. Drove up to the drive through. Since that's the only thing open and opens at 6 AM. No one said anything then I drove up to the window. After a few minutes the guy came over.I asked him if they were open.He said no, not yet.I looked at my clock and it was 559 Am i said are you serious?He said yes, then I drove away.That is absolutely ridiculous They couldn't help a customer one minute early Disgusting horrible customer service
