Food wise, it's a McDonald's, nothing special. Service wise, it's on the lower end. Everytime I get a mobile order I arrive 15-20 minutes after placing the order, and still have to wait as much as 10 minutes sometimes. Really defeats the whole purpose of the mobile order, and it happens almost exclusively at this location. So if you're planning on a quick fast food stop, this isn't it

It's the average McDonalds experience. I didn't want to be there, the staff didn't want to be there, and the food was utterly forgettable.The silver lining is you know exactly what you'll get every single time.

Tonight around 930pm we placed an order for a large fry and 2 sodas. We are leaving the drive thru now at 10pm, we had 2 cars ahead of us. Half an hour for fries and a drink... also while we were at the window waiting, we watched the cashier make a mcflurry, no gloves, hand mixing it, dropped some oreoes and scoop them back onto the mcflurry... proceeded to cough in his bare hand and touch everything from the lids to the cups that he was just leaning on, the computer screen, our straws and bag of fries. That had been sitting there a good 5 minutes before he realized he never handed them out to us.
They literally never read what anyone orders. Only ketchup means no onion pickle or mustard. I know it’s not hard, I’ve literally work at this McDonald’s when I was 16. Maybe hand out some hooked on phonics at your Xmas party today?
