The almond croissant I had today was amazing!
Incredible menu, amazing staff and always doing their best to accommodate any request. It’s been incredible to watch this family start at a farmers market and turn the business into the talk of the town with their beautiful brick and mortars. Plus they give us all a beautiful living room to enjoy the food and company of others.

Fresh but you need to make sure to always melt the cheese if it's a warm sandwich!

Flour & Salt is a wonderful staple in the community. This bakery, centrally located in downtown Hamilton, NY, has an atmosphere that is super cozy, beautiful, and fun. The service is amazing, with friendly, fastest, and courteous staff. The food is fantastic, with amazing bagels, sandwiches, and baked goods. Specific meals mentioned include the Hal and the Colgate, which are both amazing entrees. For an indulgent treat, the chocolate chip banana bread is a must-try. The orange chocolate babka was the best thing ever. The beverage selection is great, including coffee, London fogs, bottled water, juice, chocolate milk, and kombucha. The decor is awesome, with mismatched cute tables and chairs, and even a fried egg light switch cover in the super cute bathrooms. There are vegetarian options, as the staff accommodated putting meat on the side. It is kid-friendly, with a Wheats Waldo search and other kids running around. Sometimes the line is long, but it is absolutely worth waiting in. Overall, a lovely establishment and an asset to Hamilton.
