The bartender Shawn was the best. Such a hustling guy he was able to handle the entire bar on his own and it was full. I will go back when I'm in town. The folks next to me had chicken sandwiches, one grilled and one fried. They said they were excellent. A nice spot on the water, but unfortunately it was raining otherwise deck seating would be awesome.

The food wasn't very good! The shrimp cocktail tasted like it had gone bad. The salmon wasn't very good either! The service was great! The band was fantastic! Won't be going back to have a meal there!

I sat at the bar and the bar service was good. I asked the bartender what kind of soup they had. I was told Gumbo. I ordered the gumbo and the server said here's your Seafood Gumbo. There was not one piece of seafood in the bowl. There was meat in it similar to what you would get in a Stew. There was no Andouille sausage or anything spicy that would make you think you were eating Gumbo. I was hungry so I ate it. When I received my bill, it angered me. They charged me $24 for that bowl of soup. I wish I would have read the previous reviews prior to going here. Be smart and STAY AWAY from this place. If the owner is reading this, start supervising the Chef and the kitchen.....

Horrible experience. Just left the restaurant and we were there since 7. After 1 hrs 45 minutes we finally got a shrimp cocktail and the kids pasta. Took another 40 minutes after we were told they were plating ours next. Then we get 2 meals and another 10 minutes for the rest. It was my birthday meal and we decided to not even get dessert since we were afraid that would take another hour. After all that, they didn't offer anything to make up for the terrible service. Do yourself a favor and pick a different restaurant.

We had a very tasty seafood dinner tonight. Due to floodings, it must have been a real stressful weekend for the Restaurant staff, but we still had an very nice evening there!

It's a nice restaurant and the service is nice however they did leave us waiting in the beginning for a while. We started with the shrimp cocktail which tasted like it was bought at Stop & Shop, small and overcooked. Grilled salmon dish was OK but the portion was small. The herb chicken was tasteless not sure what happened to the herbs, the mashed potatoes were good. I had a pomegranate specialty drink that was not good. They are better off not serving the store bought cheap buns, they are gross.

I picked this restaurant specifically looking for a lobster roll. I'm not from Long Island but are they supposed to be so dry? I couldn't even swallow without water just dry lobster shoved into a dry roll. Other than that our server was nice and crab cake sliders were decent. Can't say my husband and I didn't leave disappointed.

Resturant atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly. AVOID cocktails! Our table ordered several different things including sangria (on the menu says it has blueberries and peaches) and was served clear liquid that I had a sip and left the rest. When asked the waitress said it was correct for the sangria. Mojito included several leaves of black rotten mint. If you want alcohol stick with beer or wine. Extremely long wait for entrees (restaurant was not packed). Dishes were hit or miss, and did not all come out at the same time. Overall if you are going for lunch and not ordering drinks probably a nice choice. For a night out you can do better for the price.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. The food is always excellent, personal favorite is the tuna appetizer. The staff is always friendly and the owner Helene is top notch. Would give it more stars than 5.

I came up from Florida for a visit, and my boyfriend took me here for a fine dining experience. Our server Matthew was attentive and service was on point. We started with a half dozen Little Neck clams, very fresh and tasty. We also had the Shinnauck Steamed clams in a savory garbanzo bean, carrots, spinach, “soup” that was so delicious! I could have tipped the bowl and drank it all! For our entrees… he had the crab stuffed flounder, which came with a spiral of mashed potatoes which made a beautiful presentation! It was delicious! I had the 1 1/4 lb Maine Lobster, served with baked potatoes and the house vegetables. My lobster was fresh and delicious. The only down side was my baked potato was a little underbaked, and my boyfriend’s dish could have been warmer. I gather this was because it was very busy. All in all, it was a pleasure dining here.
