Amalfi Coastal Kitchen & Cocktails

Nestled right on the water's edge, this restaurant is a gem. The overall vibe is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. This place gets everything right – the food, the view, and the overall atmosphere – creating a truly unforgettable dining experience.

We stopped in for a drink and appetizer. We had the Margarita Sicilian pizza, which wax very good. Moore was good. Propane heaters in the porch were necessary and kept us warm. Glad to hear they are open all winter. We will be back.

Reached out repeatedly to Nina by both phone and email to try and book my daughter’s 40th birthday celebration and was ghosted.
Totally unprofessional, if this is the way they handle a potential client, I’m glad I didn’t book here as it doesn’t bod well. Will be spending my money elsewhere.

I have been going here often for the lobster salad and amalfi chips and have become addicted to a drink they call the hot and bothered with tequilla and strawberry puree

The owner Nina was so kind and helped me organize a reception style gathering for me and a bunch of friends on their porch

The day was gorgeous, the tables were beautifully decorated and the chef outdid themselves with the delicious food
The truffle fries and lobster roll are my obsession

Everything was seasoned perfectly and exceeded my expectations
The amalfi chips are so excellently battered seasoned and fried its not heavy or oily just perfect

The rosé flowed even in November!

The ambiance there is really exceptional the location , the view, the decor, the music, and the food all win my attention and keep me coming back

Happy hour is great! Big portions for happy hour and the good was amazing! Star timed our apps.perfectly,never felt rushed. Burrata entree so delicious! Clean, cute interior, small but adorable rest room. Coastal,tasteful decor with beautiful outside and views! Staff attentive and very accommodating. Worth the trip from home, Greenport, and will visit again!!!

The tables are so close together you feel like you are eating with strangers. The people next to us had the Almafi chips which looked thickly sliced, crispy and delicious and a melted cheese appetizer that was flaming when it was served to them. When our waitress came to take our order she couldn’t describe the appetizer special so we ordered the Almafi chips and the cheese appetizer. Our chips were thin, soggy and greasy and we just got melted cheese on a plate. My salad was over dressed and soggy and the lamb chops were thin and overcooked. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!

Gave the place 2 shots at dinner and the portions are very small, service is very slow, very small bar with 2 bartenders that never lift their head so drinks are very slow coming out at bar and tables. They had a veal chop special and I have to say that we were so disappointed that they had to be returned. All fat and under sized in a giant dish with cold mashed potatoes and 4 small sprigs of asparagus…. Appetizers are good and the view is breath taking.
So If you ask me I would highly recommend apps and cocktails, and have your dinner elsewhere…

Very accommodating. Coastal decor with light blue accents. Staff was dressed nicely. Good looking bar and table setting. Pretty views of the bay. Appetizers were delicious. Amalfi chips were the best fried Zucchini and eggplant I have ever had. Lightly breaded and fried golden brown. Artichoke are breaded in a butter sauce. Saganaki, think greek mozzarella sticks, paired perfectly with the watermelon, honey, and toasted almonds. Delicious and a nice presentation. For dinner, I had the Crab Mafaldine, Shredded crab over mafaldine pasta in a butter cream sauce. Paired perfectly with the Pieropan Soave Classico wine. Wife had Spicy Shrimp rigatoni. Spicy enough for taste but not spicy to hurt. Daughter had a Caesar salad, chopped with good helping of dressing. Really well put together. Service was good, staff was friendly. Table was crowded with glasses and plates. Wasn't cleared as much as I would like. Overall very good. Would give it a 4.5 if I could. Cheers

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and the place is ok for children to be children. It's not quiet, but not noisy. So kid noise blended in.

I wish I could give this restaurant a billion stars!
I had the pleasure of hosting my daughter’s engagement party at this beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere, the service, the food, the décor, the focus on details right down to the décor themed deserts along with and above all the warmth and caring in truly making my event spectacular was a mission accomplished by the owners Sal and Nina of this fine establishment. As a detail-oriented perfectionist, I could not have asked to work with finer individuals in planning my event. They always made themselves available to discuss the details and the plan for the event, along with anything else we needed, even though it was in the heat of a busy beautiful summer of their first few months of opening this business. My guests are still raving about the food, the presentation as well as the service of the impeccable staff and the flow of the entire evening. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of this very special life event for my family. The evening was flawless…Simply the Best! Thank you, Sal and Nina...You are amazing!

If you’re looking for a great ambiance then this is the place to be. Beautiful waterfront restaurant with an upbeat vibe. Drinks were delicious however I wouldn’t come back for the food. Portions were on the smaller scale and food was bland. We had a variety of appetizers and main courses. However, I do recommend the mezze plate and a Aldi chips. Those were the only items that actually had flavor. I wouldn’t be running back.

This restaurant is THE SPOT to go to. The food is 10/10. I probably tried everything on the menu and each and every dish was perfection. I got there early enough to still enjoy the views of the bay, and stayed late enough to enjoy my drinks next to a fire pit on an Adirondack chair. If you’re in the area, do not miss the opportunity to go here!!
