This Carvel has (as usual) yummy toppings and flavors my family has purchased cakes from the establishment for birthdays aswell, for me my favorite part of the place is the outside eatting area with three benches, it is a perfect place to sit while enjoying some ice cream.

Went in on a Sunday night Hard ice cream appeared to be all melted maybe freezers went down? I ordered a small but asked for a lid he squished it on it was popping off with ice cream everywhere and he proceeded to hand me that without a bag. I then asked him to put it in a bigger cup and he looked perplexed. Tried to pay with a gift card to carvel and the machine was dead… every time I come here it’s a disappointment

I never write reviews unless it’s something I’m really adamant about. We walked into carvel tonight excited for ice cream with our two children. We were not greeted. 3/4 of us ordered our ice cream easily. My daughter was tasting some different flavors and while she was tasting, the two male workers were rolling their eyes and holding back laughter as she asked to taste different flavors. She asked to taste 3 different flavors. Not too crazy for a 6 year old. She wasn’t whining she wasn’t fussing - I’m unsure what was so funny. While she was tasting one of the workers was trying to ring us up and asked “will that be all?” But my daughter hadn’t even chosen her flavor yet. Overall rude customer service and sad tbh.

Such a mess they gave me a half coated van cone and said they were out of the dip and went back and forth a few times trying to get it right IDK WHY they didnt just run across the st. and buy more magic shell from KK instead of watering it down and heating it up which was even worse THEN to top it off i was charged $7 when it was a kids size and she said she did me a favor and charged me less which was a lie! NEVER GO THERE!!!

Always delightful service. Delicious ice cream. Plenty of options in flavors.
The ice cream was cold and delicious and so was the Coke. Clean place, friendly staff, and good ice cream. It's a trifecta!

Service was fine but the package of 6 mini sundae sprinkle cups we bought for $17.99 was horrible. They were freezer burnt or very old. No one could finish after a bite. We had to throw them out.

Spoiled milkshake. Tasted terrible like sour rotten milk. This carvel needs to check their expirations before they give out spoiled food to customers. Super unhappy.
