The food was great, but our experience was ruined by terrible service. After seating us and bringing water, our waitress never came back. We raised our hands several times with no luck, and I eventually had to get up and speak with the hostess to request a new server.
After that, things improved and we were finally able to order our food — which was delicious. However, the same waitress later came back to bring the check and acted as if nothing had happened. No apology or acknowledgment at all. Really disappointing service despite good food.

We usually book this place on Friday nights to kick off a Hamptons weekend - RESY fills up quick. Fresh fish caught locally but wasn’t cooked the best, we had the Fluke and the Swordfish. I’ve had a stellar burger here too but fries are nothing to write home about. Cornbread skillet is heavy but delicious to start off. Artichoke dip was middle of the road. Cookie skillet to end was a great dessert if you have room for it. Oh and a lot of engagement parties and rehearsal dinners booked in the fall here. Valet guys are absolute pros.

We have been many times before and always loved Cowfish. Staff not well trained. Several meals were not tasty: too salty, dry, lack of refined flavors or skimpy portions. Bill was wrong and took 10+ minutes to correct at the end of our very underwhelming meal. When our disappointment was shared with management we were told thanks for the feedback and no concession or future promotion was offered. We won't be coming back

My husband and I got married at Cowfish on 9/12/25 and it was everything we wanted and more. We did an entirely outside party and luckily got a gorgeous night without a cloud in the sky, maximizing the stunning atmosphere at Cowfish. The team at Cowfish was incredible to work with and made everything run completely seamless for what could be a very stressful day! The food and drinks were delicious as always, the displays were immaculate. We have loved Cowfish for a long time and will continue to celebrate many more milestones in our life here.

So last night i decided to bring my whole family to this magical place. My in law’s parents and my family. The Food the service the atmosphere was perfect. Our server Carmen the manager Jason. Unbelievable customer service. I just don’t know what to say other than you have to try this place out.
The food was cooked to perfection. Huge compliment to the chefs. The whole team is amazing. I will come back atleast 1 time per month. It felt like a vacation.
