Great spot for drinks and some Tacos. We spent the night at the Inn Spot (separate review) and had dinner reservations for Crash Cantina as it is attached the the property. The service was slow, but hey, we weren’t in a rush. The outdoor seating is right on the waterfront with beautiful sunset views. The food is delicious and the drinks (traditional and spicy margaritas) were spectacular. Unfortunately they did not have churros which was a bummer as I can only expect that they taste great. ?

What an amazing find! Crash Cantina is right over Ponquouge Bridge in Hampton Bays. $10 margaritas all day. These are premim margs. Try the spicy if you are daring, but they are all good...classic, watermelon, berry, mango. They don't skimp on tequila!Food is great also. Love the bowls.Danny and Cat are amazing at the bar. DO NOT overlook this gem!!!

This restaurant is beautiful they have inside and amazing outside side seating right on the water. The menu has plenty of choices and everything we ordered from drinks to appetizers ,dinner and dessert was all freshly made and delicious. This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had on Long Island and the flavors and seasonings reminded me of my moms kitchen. This is a taste of home with a beautiful setting. The service by Hesaun , Tyler , the bar tender and everyone who served us was superb , the staff couldn’t be more attentive and we were lucky enough to meet the Chef and let him know the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back, this is now our favorite spot for Mexican food. Give them a try you will be amazed.

We will no longer be curious about this place, nor should you. Went to Hampton Bays to try out a new restaurant and pulled into the Crash Cantina lot to check it out. Were greeted by the Hostess with the usual “Do you have a reservation?” which we did not. “Sorry, we don’t take walk-ins” was the clever comeback. Bar seats were empty, no menu to look at, nothing interesting to make us consider a return trip. As a longtime resident of WHB, I might suggest to management that there are more than a dozen other dining choices within a mile drive that know how to get and keep repeat customers. I am no linger interested in knowing what is on their menu, and I certainly don’t know what was on their mind. Care more, or we will care less.

This place has an amazing location right on the water, the space is gorgeous. I made a reservation for 6:30pm for my husband, myself and toddler. We sat outside which is great for kids they can just run around and play with rocks etc. You have to place your own order through QR code which is fine but what I didn't love was a. we waited almost an hour and a half for the food to come out. We ordered chips and guac as a starter which we never received and when you have a hungry toddler that's not great, luckily I had snacks to tie him over. A table sat next to us around the hour and a half mark and received their chips and guac right away so when I let the server know he said he would check but he never returned. Once the food finally turned up, we didnt end up receiving the rice and beans we had ordered for my child, which ok at least he got the quesadilla. Then when we went to amend the bill, the lady who was the hostess said she was too busy and couldn't deal with helping us but would let her manager know when she saw him. By this time it was getting late for the little one so we found the manager ourselves and he helped take those items off our bill. He was lovely so thank you for your help! I will say the food was good so at least after that long wait it was nice food. The place could be great just needs more people working there, more attentive service and someone to bring you water when you sit down. Otherwise the space, the view, the food was great.

Shockingly poor service and mediocre food. Waited nearly 30 minutes to be seated with little to no attention from staff. We expected the food service to be slow after that, and it was. Redeeming qualities: beautiful outdoor seating ares and the general manager was friendly. Spare yourself and find somewhere else to eat.

Amazing atmosphere on the water, both indoor and outdoor seating. The Mango margarita was delicious as well as the nachos with chicken. Service was great, ordering is on QR codes and super quick and easy. We will definitely come here again!

All I can say is how fast, what seemed to be an exciting return to little place by the water- the crash cantina of 2022! Does not compare in any way. to my last recent dining experience 6/2023.The service is now by QR code-Want to eat, drink order by QR- not what I expected. The atmosphere has changed, Latin vibe without the Latin experience- very disappointed from waiting with a reservation, and having to order by QR and the meals took a long time-

Bummer. Last summer was great but now they have some app to order. Drinks took forever and cheese on nachos and quesadillas wasn’t melted. Will never come back. Last year was great and now is unbelievably bad. Not sure what

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Crash Cantina. David, the manager, was very accommodating to my child and I, sitting us on the grass to watch the beautiful sunset on the ocean. Our server, Christine, was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended some delicious dishes. We started with the guac, which was fresh and tasty. The chips were perfectly crisp, and the corn starter was also incredible. The mushroom quesadilla was seasoned perfectly. Our drinks, made by Justin were Beautifully crafted. The El Bandito was smoky but had a perfect amount of citrus that mixed well with the pineapple.Overall, all of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

We went to the Crash Cantina on Saturday night at 6:00 - the outside porch was mostly full, no one was inside and not one person on the picnic benches or chairs outside. We ordered 5 drinks for $104. The bartender under poured 2 drinks and then filled the glass up with more ice. We asked to sit outside on the adirondack chairs and were told no. We went outside and stood on the dock finished our drinks and left. We went for a few drinks and left after 1. We will never go back and will tell others not to waste their time or money.
