I met two colleagues at Edgewaters to discuss a business related matter over dinner. We had arrived too early for seating so we had drinks at the bar. We were then seated and menus and cold water was provided for the table. We spent some time looking over the menu. Our drink orders were taken [beers] and we then gave the waitress our dinner order. Edgewater is our favorite restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. I ordered the grilled lamb chops appetizer and lobster pasta, both were outstanding. My husband had Caesar salad and eggplant rollatini. Hugh portions for dinner the next day. Wait staff was cordial and accommodating. Always a great experience.
Possibly our favorite restaurant, and we have been to MANY!. The menu has so many tempting choices that it is always a dilemna what to choose. We have not had a bad meal here, but our favorites are the crab and avocado salad and chicken stracciatella. Service is first rate and welcoming, the ambiance casual and active and there is not a bad seat in the house. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
