Use to come here a lot last year, won’t be coming as much this year. First and most important what happened to chef Tom and his wife chef Rosa! What a talented duo! Sad that they are gone! Food was lovely and amazing full of flavor! Ok now Fins!? What happened? It like a generic want to be Italian, but is trying to sell seafood, but not?! Idk definitely not gonna be coming there much. Idk I say “let’s petition for chef Tom and Rosa to return. No I don’t know them personally outside of the restaurant, but they were well known in the dining room as well. Even when busy chef Tom made it a point to visit everyone that was dining! Sad, miss you guys! Put out an amber alert for these two, where are they?!!!!!

What a joke. Tried to have dinner at 5:30 there one Sunday evening and we were told the kitchen was closed but the bar was open. What????? Another time we wanted Sunday brunch but it's only served from 1-3pm and was limited to three menu items. Again, what????? We wound up eating a mediocre lunch while bingo was being played around us. Not good policies if they are to survive which I doubt they will.

The food here was a pleasant Suprise considering it was their first season . The service is great , Reba our normal waitress , knows the menu and the local industry and is super helpful and nice .

If Chef Tommy is there, the food rocks. Margaret, the host, is lovely and caring. Always a treat to go there.

Stumbled on this hidden gem when a few of the neighboring restaurants were closed. Delicious food, friendly staff, & even personal service from the chef himself!

Went on a quiet Monday night in October. Shame it was not busy because we all thought that every course was delicious. Will definitely go back. I just hope they can survive Hamptons winters

What an adorable spot! The servers were very kind to allow us outside seating and turned the lights on for us. Our server was super helpful and cheery and enjoyed the night with us. The seafood penne a la vodka had plenty of lobster in it and they were kind enough to oblige our request for a different sauce for the steak. The merengue key lime was also delish! I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews, such a nice gem in Hampton Bays!

My husband & I went to FINS & FORKS on a Monday evening (9/11) without a reservation. It was early 6:30-ish we were pleasantly greeted at the door and seated right away. They have made subtle changes to the décor which has a huge impact, it is a lovely warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh local ingredients and the presentation beautiful! We shared the calamari appetizer. WOW, it was superb! Best, freshest calamari ever! For my entrée I ordered the tune poke, crisp fresh vegetables and the tune was very tasty, I recommend this dish. My sweetheart had their special, lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. He said it was cooked just right! Dessert was also yummy; we shared the banana bread sundae. So good!Okay, so I covered the atmosphere & the food now my review on their service. OVER THE TOP attentive. I mean to the point that is was DISRUPTIVE. Tommy the chef, who was really acting as a server, sat us and made pleasant small talk. Then the general manager came by our table to introduce herself, I do not know why, lovely lady and all but she really did not have to hang out and chat with us…Then the waitress who was a sweet lady, but she kept interrupting us! I mean, we were having a conversation, it was obvious we did not need anything and yet she interrupted us; to ask if everything came out okay. Crazy! They really need to learn how to read the table before approaching their guest. We may go back, & I stress “MAY” because although the food was excellent, we really do enjoy our own company. Can we take it to go??!!

Arrived for our reservation and was seated immediately. Wasting no time our waiter Raymond took our drink order. The specials were then presented to us with explanations in a very professional way. Tommy, the Chef also was present and help us pick out some of his specialities. We were greeted by Margret who is managing the Fins & Forks Restaurant, to make sure we were all pleased with all our choices. We loved our dinner from the appetizer, entree, and desert.Good job, we can't wait to come back with many of our Hampton friends. Norman B.

First time here. Everything was excellent. Nice relaxed atmosphere, great food and great service. Lobster roll was great and a lot of it. Actually came out as two rolls with fries. Oysters were fresh and sweat. Definitely five stars!

Had the worst lunch here. Asked for a fried flounder basket and they brought out a fish sandwich. Unbelievable. You needed a microscope to find the fish . It was all breaded. Lobster bisque came out Luke warm and looked like it came out of a can. This place needs more help. They have one woman taking orders and trying to serve people This place was so much better when it was Tulley's!!! Will never, return.
