I have been to this restaurant several times but last night was the last. We ordered a bib lettuce salad with dressing on the side. The dressing was extremely salty and uneatable. My wife ordered the pasta with vongole and it was something that we have never seen before. It looked like a child made it. The pasta was stuck together and there were no clams but some burnt bread crumbs thrown on top. I asked our waiter if the chef could come out and speak with us as there was no one else in the restaurant. He informed me that the chef was not there and doing inventory. Such a beautiful space with awful food. Fire the chef and whoever made this meal last night. Now I understand why no one goes there.

We have repeatedly tried to like this place as we live in Hampton bays. But they repeatedly fail. Early on when they opened we had a terrible meal but they were new in December 2022. We have been back a few times and found the food to be meh. Tonight we had tickets to a music show at 8 in the hotel and dinner at 7. They had a tiny uncomfortable banquette as the only table. We asked for a different table and they told us to wait at the bar in which there were no seats. We then told them if they couldn’t seat us we would like a refund for the ensuing music. They then brought out a manager whose sole response was to okay the refund and turn his back and walk away from us. He made no effort or attempt to seek to accommodate us. This is consistent with other experiences we’ve had there. Just don’t go.

Amazing ambiance and the food is also great. Service cannot be beat! You must try this place when in Hampton Bays (which is quickly becoming a culinary destination). You must also take a quick tour of the grounds when visiting. Beautiful! Nothing bad to say about this place!

Great new spot, the service was outstanding and the food equally good. They really transformed the whole venue from a long time eye sore into a upscale escape. Went for dinner, will definitely be back and hope to get the same witty/engaging waiter again.

We chalked it up to learning curve. Been back several times for happy hour, noce crab dip, pizzetas etc. Went for happy hour tonight. Outside and inside bars full. We askedto be seated in what was a nearly empty place for happy hour and they refused. They have a discount card for locals which we are and we handed them back and will not return. They lost us forever and despite the nice ambiance the service and likely food are just not worth it.

Quality wise, best meal we’ve had in Hampton Bays in a long time. This atmosphere is amazing and the food is gourmet. Service is great considering this is their first full season! Kim was an incredible server. So kind and accommodating! We will be back and we’re happy to have this in our town!Dietary restrictions: Accommodating for my nut allergy!

Had happy hour pizza and drinks. Amazing! Great bartenders and amazing food. Sopressetta and Hot Honey pizza. Spicy Margarita on the happy hour menu is a great bargain. Great place, good vibes. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!
