This was a pleasant Starbucks to visit and grab my morning coffee. The store is clean and well organized. I appreciated the good service I got here. I look forward to stopping by here again the next time I am in Hampton Bays.

this is apparently, the only Starbucks in the whole island that is enforcing their policy of not giving water unless you make a purchase not that it matters if you make a purchase earlier in the day or at Starbucks every day and can prove it on the app??? they literally don’t care more refuse to give you tap water. made even nicer by the manager with the large blonde curly hair who literally screamed at me about it when I asked like hey I’m 7 miles away from home on a run and it’s 80° out. You really can’t give me ice water? I honestly find that to be a health and safety hazard. Personally, I will never patronize the Starbucks ever again, no matter the circumstance.

I was in your store on 06/06/25 and the staff was dealing with a customer I can only say was irate and A mannerless wrench. She held up the line and Berated your shift manager who acted completely professional the whole time. I just wanted to make sure that you realize that your staff did the right thing while this woman did the completely wrong thing.

The barista name Valentina is amazing she is the best worker ive seen in my life she should be promoted shes a very hard worker who cares about her job. every time i come in she always giving the best energy this is why i come everyday because u wanna see her she also makes my drinks super fast, gosh i think i LOVE her. All the time I go with my family to the Starbucks of Hamtons bays the service is really bad.
The baristas ,one who claimed to be mgr, because there was none on duty was horrible. She rung up both drinks wrong, at the wrong price and tells us there is nothing we can do about it! This was noonish on Tuesday. Finally, someone, lower than here fixed it. No apologies, no thank you

The most disgusting coffee I've ever tasted. After two sips I was in such a bad mood that they literally ruined my entire day. I wanted to punch somebody just because my mouth was so unhappy. Who drinks this liquid cancer?

As soon as I walked in, the floor was wet I had such a terrible day and got my shoes wet. These group of teenagers girls working there and fooling around on there phones while making my drink. I notice that the milk was expired because I was watching them make my drink. I also oldered 2 drinks and they took about 30 mins and no one was there it was just me and a couple. This is honestly terrible and disgusting.

They allow parents to extort their children by standing outside (no parents in sight) asking for money via QR codes. This neighborhood is really going downhill.
