Platters and desert were amazing. I loved the atmosphere and that I could have and hear my conversation. Dana was a fantastic host who recommended a great bottle of wine. We will be back very soon!

The perfect cozy spot in Hampton Bays! The wine list was great and we got a flight that was personalized based on our preferences. The food is incredible too. You can come for snacks and charcuterie boards or for a larger dinner. The lamb was incredible!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Picked it at random when the restaurant I was hoping for was closed for the season and so very, very happy it was, or I may never have had the wonderful experience that is the Wine Room, great food/service/atmosphere. Really unique and wonderful.

We had a fabulous dinner; food and wine were amazing, service was stellar, and the owner couldn't be nicer. Atmosphere is cozy with plenty of room for tables to feel private. We look forward to returning soon and often.

A bit of paradise. Thank you Dayne & Team. Great French food with a wonderful selection of wines, plus Brazilian music on the evening we were there- think we are in heaven. We are so lucky to have a restaurant with such well crafted food, drink & atmosphere. Great to warm one’s soul, for dates, solo dinner or business. What a gem!!!!

This cozy little gem tucked in the Hamlet Green center in Hampton Bays. Open year-round the most delicious French inspired cuisine, unpretentious and delicious food! Our host Mark, the owner of the complex was delightful! Chef Karl, unbelievable! It's bring your own beer/wine/liquor. Great for a date, celebrations or the family. After dinner turns into the coolest dance party ever! Make a reservation to guarantee a seat at this gem

Wonderful. We had a delightful meal and Mark the owner is a very welcoming owner and host. Love the BYOB policy.

Today I finally was able to experience an amazing dinner at the Cottage, and the amazing proprietor of the Cottage, Mark Evans. The Cottage is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. They offer a price fix menu with 3 selections for a low $40 price point. They also offer bring your own wine with no corkage fee as well, very nice. Mark is a highly energetic person who brings excitement and flare to the cottage, along with chef Fatima whose creations are such an amazing experience in the palate. We got to enjoy escargot which were just amazing, avocado and pear dishes that were just delicious. My escargot that I had as an appetizer was delicious and tender, served in the shell. I had the roast Duck Confit which was amazing as well. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and rice creole which was just amazing! Chef Fatima put some amazing dishes together which made for an amazing evening of food and fun.

The best French cuisine is about simple ingredients carefully prepared and elegantly presented. Hamlet on the Green does this. It seemed tacky to take photos. Put your #! Phone down And enjoy a meal. Be a tad generous. They are working with a kitchen no bigger than those on the fabulous trains of yore.... 10 feet square at best. Pear salad. Just right. Shrimp was subtle and delicious. Cheesecake. Melt in the mouth with to die for caramel sauce. Warm greeting? Check. Fun music. Check. Go. Help them grow into a bigger place.

Food and ambiance were nothing great. (Not Inexpensive) Very limited menu and based upon what I experienced and ate, not a qualified restaurant, more like a fun place for young people to hang out and have a nice time.

We had a great time here for my girlfriend's birthday! It's a true tucked away secret in the heart of Hampton Bays! They import everything directly from France and it's a very nice coursed meal with BYOB. I especially loved the duck confit and the lamb merguez! The staff and owner were super friendly and we had great chats. Can't wait to come back soon!
