We were gifted smoked trout from your store. I want to give you less stars because you are too far away from me and I might never get it again😵. It was delicious I made a basic mustard sauce and served it with butter crackers and I could not stop eating it. Put it online! I need to order it.
This facility is run by a Vietnam veteran. He has the best smoked salmon both hot and cold style. He also has great smoked trout. Visiting his facility is an experience in itself as he is deep in the woods on the Delaware river. He is getting older and may retire in the near future so I would advise seeing him and taking advantage of his excellent offerings as soon as possible.
