Very clean hotel with super friendly staff. Food was amazing!
I loved the bar in the Hancock House. Cozy.
Passing through Hancock with my girlfriend and we were starving and decided to stop in. Sherri was our bartender and was incredibly sweet and made an awesome cocktail! I ordered the burger which was quite literally one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, simple seasoning, good cut of angus beef, and fresh veggies on top! My girlfriend got the chicken Caesar wrap with fries which was also awesome! Wish this place was closer, absolutely recommend
Love the breakfast! Best way to start my day :) foods great and love the service!
Me and my family Stayed at the hotel for the weekend. We ate breakfast and dinner there. The breakfast was delicious. The dinner was just as good. Portions were huge. The waitress was very sociable and friendly. We have nothing but good things to say.
Overall, not bad, but really only the decent option for food in the area unless you want fast food. The French fries were shoe string homecut, and not my particular favorite. The grilled chicken sandwich overall was decent. The HH burger lacked flavor. Shrimp cocktail presentation wise wasn't appealing and flavor was okay. The wings were overcooked but the hot sauce flavor was good. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was cozy with the locals enjoying their time.

I ordered garlic, parm chicken wings. They were completely tasteless. I also ordered a medium rare cheese burger. It was like eating a hockey puck. The service was very poor.

Ordered a steak, is was raw, and less than desirable. If your going to charge a good buck for something, you should deliver.

We ended up staying here on a fluke but the staff was very pleasant and helpful and made our stay a lot less stressful than when we entered. The rooms are very dated, a "tubed" tv from the 80's, no refrigerator in the room, and a ceiling fan that didn't work didn't do much to raise our comfort level. However the rooms were clean and very quiet and for the one night we planned on staying, it was more than adequate. The restaurant and bar on the main floor is nice for a bite to eat but stop serving by nine.
Way over priced for this podunk town. And don't even think of going on a Sunday night because the women bartender is a WITCH!

We stayed here 2 nights while exploring fishing access points along the West Branch of the Upper Delaware River. This inn had a very solid homey feel! This is not a highway motel. The tavern, Honest Eddie's, was a delight. Really really good tavern food, great waitstaff, and just a great feeling in the pub. Our room was large and very comfortable, great mattress and pillows, and had a nice balcony. Very clean and tastefully appointed. We will stay there again.
Been going there for years...love it!!

Very well kept, cozy, and friendly hotel. The kitchen and bar were a bit understaffed but they did their best and the food came out in reasonable time. This is definitely the right place to get a good start on the NEBDR - we even got our Gaelic blessing :)
