My husband and I make the drive from upstate New York to NYC two to three times a year and the highlight of our trip is this McDonald's. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food is always hot and packaged nicely. Most importantly it is clean and they decorate for holidays! Could not recommend more.

We showed up and the lobby was closed asked the lady at the drive thru if she would take our order as a walk up because we were in big rigs. She said don’t worry about and opened the door so we could order and get our food. It’s not often you get such accommodating service. Thank you for helping two hungry truck drivers
By far the best McDonalds experience I've ever had! I know, they all seem the same but this one is exceptional. The bathrooms were extremely clean. I ordered on the kiosk and in a few minutes a manager checked up on me and my food. I overheard the drive-thru window and the employees were crazy polite. It's like the M team there loved making their customers happy - what is that?!?! I hope Corporate pays a visit to this location and uses it as the model training for other locations - especially in Danbury CT. Thank you and nice work to the team there.

I had probably the worst burger of my life here. The double cheeseburger has gone up 350% in price in a few years and the quality has gone into the trash. Pattys were 1/16 of an inch thick. Pic of the pathetic excuse for onions
