The service attitude is extremely poor. They don’t even turn on the light when I go to the restroom. The service staff just refuses to answer questions. I will never go there again.

Honestly this McDonald’s is probably the worst I’ve been to. The customer service is horrendous. The mangers there are just disgusting. Their attitudes suck. They are constantly making mistakes and then they get called out on it, they get nasty towards. Went in today to use the bathroom the floor was covered in dirty tampons and toilet paper. The food is always cold when you get it. They never make anything correctly. I would suggest driving the 15 mins to deposit any day to get food at Wendy’s then here!

I stopped here with my 2 toddlers driving to NYC. I was super impressed with how clean the restaurant was, especially the play area for the kids. People were constantly cleaning as people left, I saw that the high chairs were sanitized. The staff was very friendly especially Jason who went out of his way with kindness. It was a great experience all around.

i am a friendly prerson, i ordered sat in the designated spot, they gave me a quarter pounder WRONG, i walked in with an employee, some girl who works there started yelling at me saying how i was 'rude' to the drivethru, she is severly mistaken, i was nothing but nice to the girls i showed them my dogs, her attitude is not warranted and shouldnt be working there, i asked the manager to say something to this girl, then they ganged up on me, next to a group of men who were waiting 10mins on a none busy night, my member called wanted a ,ilkshake i goto the thru drive, then they denied me server saying i was drunk, amd they were gonna call the cops, this is the worst mcdonalds i ever been to and im from NYC/Long Island, food is cold all the time, i or my family will NEVER give them my money again, head my advice its not worth it.

With drive thru and kiosks, they don't seem to care about a customer who is actually standing in front of them to order. Spent over 5 minutes talking around me before anyone actually acknowledged my presence, said hello, and asked me for my order. After I ordered the food arrived fast and hot, so I can't blame the back room staff.

The experience was awful. When they forgot to give us our cups we asked for them and got ignored. By the time we got our cups our fries were cold. The janitor was very pleasant however and tried making our experience better. Most of the staff is very gloomy. The experience was very depressing. The management seemed very unprofessional. Multiple employees were wearing baggy hoodies which raises some safety concerns in my opinion. There was another time we got table service and they didn't bring it to us, they instead screamed my name. We went up to the counter to get our food and when we came back my phone was gone and we had to go up to the counter again to get my phone and when we got back our food was cold again. Adding onto health concerns, one time I was walking to the soda machine and there was a burger on the floor with flies on it that looks like it had been left there for hours. This McDonald's needs a serious attitude change and start hiring employees that won't make customers feel unwelcome and miserable.
