I've eaten Subway sandwiches for many moons and all over the world. I did a pit stop in a Hancock, New York to charge my car on the way to Buffalo. Kelly made the best subway sandwich I've had in a very very long time. I did my usual cold cut combo and she was very generous with the toppings and made it like you see in the commercials. If Subway HD or her boss reads this, take care of her. She takes care of your business. 5 Stars.
I wish I knew the gentleman's name that made our sub, what a gem! We were traveling home on 8/8/25 and needed gas and decided to grab a sub too. This guy was so friendly and charismatic! Made us a delicious sub and I tod him he has missed his calling, he should be working a blackjack table in Vegas!
man i just wanted to say Ms. Natalie is astounding. i love the customer service she provides and is always positive towards me and my brothers everytime we come in. whoever is in charge PLEASE give her a promotion. we need more workers like her.
