Waiting way too long. A business idea: for a $25 order, you pay full price if you wait 5 or less minutes. You only pay $20 if you had to wait 5-10 min, you only pay $10 if you had to wait more than 20 min. That would be fair. I ordered a tomato/basil soup and a BLT sandwich. This took an hour, about 20 orders in front of me. The food is good, the bread had an orange color that I found it strange. I would not stop next time here.Way too busy and the place is unable to accommodate this may people.

I ordered two pick 2s (3 soups and 1 mac total) and the soup cups were only filled 2/3 of the way. I understand leaving some room at the top for the lid, but the gap was very noticeable even with the lid on. Very disappointing amount of food for the price and could have gotten a more filling meal from Shake Shack or Chick fil a for the same price.

Very disappointed that this shop doesn't open till 10:30 a.m. this hasn't always been the case. I prefer Panera over Starbucks, and definitely over Chick-fil-A. I hope you'll be consider an open for business travelers 7:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. etc.
Service was excellent. First time at Panera she guide me ,stay patient with a bonus smile 😊. Food is ok, order a chiken avo blt with chiken noodle soup, well it's taste like commercial soup and I doesn't expected much more . Sandwich taste fresh,good size , might be expensive a little for what it is.

this location doesn't open until 1030, and breakfast ends at 1030. in fact, every panera on 87 north opens at 1030 now. I used to get breakfast here every time I would travel north, now I'm out of luck
