Over 40min for a coffee . Stuff coming out at the rate of one cup per 10min. All the focus is drive through. There are literally seven people standing around in a circle for some reason. They have multiple coffee machines. why does it take this long. a whole lotta nothing going on here. they wait till they can fill up a tray, then they bring 8 drinks at once. what’s up with that. and then the cups lid won’t snap on.

Low rating for drive through. Passed by once when the drive thru line wasn't moving at all. Came through again early in the morning - must be understaffed. Had to wait at the order box until previous customer was done and drove away. Preferred order not available. Then cup size ignored. Barista not rude, but not happy.

Ordered ahead and it seems like their store is prone to theft... waited 10 minutes for the last part of our order and it turned out it had been stolen. My drink was also unlabeled so I suspect that had been stolen as well prior.

Convenient place to grab a coffee on your way to Albany or the City. Wait time depends on how many people you find already standing in a queue. That’s why I buy the Starbucks bottled cappuccino from the vending machine whenever that happens

Noelle was amazing and very attentive to my family.She took extra time to talk to the kids and made them engage. Service was quick and precise, which was perfect for a quick pit stop.
