Well my coffee was fine but the girl insisted my card didn't go through and made me pay again and like like I bought my coffee and someone else's on my credit app. And of course the phone number listed doesn't work
I have visited this Starbucks multiple times, and unfortunately, my orders have been disregarded on more than one occasion. The service I received was extremely rude during my previous visits. I ordered a large coffee and received a small one, I pointed out the mistake and the person who was making the orders she poured my order into a bigger cup and handed to me.
Most recently.. I ordered a croissant double-toasted, but it was not toasted to my specifications. When I kindly asked for it to be toasted again, I was told it couldn't be done. Consistency and customer service seem to be lacking at this location! I am so glad I spend a lots of money on Starbucks minimum 8times a week for this kind of service!

Didn’t catch my bus because the 8! shabby workers In the back rather spent their time on dancing and singing to Katy Perry. They just stood there and looked completely ignorant and one of them smashed someone’s drink on the counter while expressing her hatred towards everyone.

To the young blonde girl who works the drive thru window with absolutely zero hospitality skills:
From one hospitality professional to another, when you show up to give us our pre-frozen, microwaved breakfast items more than ten minutes after we ordered them, offering absolutely no apologies for the delay, but asking me if I wanted napkins for which I answered "Yes" the correct answer to that is not "You're WELCOME" in a snotty attitude. The napkins should have been included by default. And when you returned with said napkins, saying You're WELCOME in an even louder and with an even more caddy attitude, before slamming the window shut while I said absolutely nothing, I assure you this was also the wrong take. This place needs serious re-training. Or at least you need to look inward.
I don't know who reads these reviews but I sincerely hope you do. This is not the kind of service anyone that works in hospitality should aspire to. This is not the kind of behavior any human being should aspire to. Sincerely wishing you well, though. I hope you were just having a bad day. But even if you were it's inexcusable.

I stop here two times a week and normally things are good. Today Mattie ( spelling) should have stayed home. Not focused on her job. Very grumpy. More worried about reviewing some tapes over something. Messed up my order twice. No good morning, no smiles, nothing. I had to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong. The girl she was working with was awesome trying to cover Matties attitude.

My goodness! We came on a Sunday afternoon and although the line was long, there were 8 staff members and everyone was nonchalantly messing up orders and taking their time. Almost every food and drink were out of stock in the middle of the day, and looking through these other reviews, I’m not the only one disappointed! Please make sure to have enough supply knowing the demand of a service area Starbucks.

Kitchen staff making the drinks kept making drinks incorrectly. The two orders in front of me and my order were wrong. Only one cashier taking orders during lunch rush. Manager wasn't helping staff, only refilling one of the tills and giving the cashier who was working a hard time for not knowing where the new menu items were in the computer. Completely unprofessional and slow service.

30 minutes waiting for a walk-in order. Drive in might be faster, which is idiotic in a rest area.
I've been waiting here about 20 minutes on an order I've already paid for. This is taking way too long. You should honestly not advertise drive through at this location.
