I stop here two times a week and normally things are good. Today Mattie ( spelling) should have stayed home. Not focused on her job. Very grumpy. More worried about reviewing some tapes over something. Messed up my order twice. No good morning, no smiles, nothing. I had to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong. The girl she was working with was awesome trying to cover Matties attitude.

Mystery Shopper

Great service been stopping in for the past few months of it opening and customer service on the midday crew and evening crew has improved by a long shot I’ve noticed that some of the trouble makers are no longer there and I believe that was a great decision on the management team. This week has been a really great week the opening supervisor which I later learned was the General Manager has been super kind and treats her coworkers with respect. And the closing female supervisor has such a great personality. The only problem I’ve noticed during the morning shift is that the short girl with kinda wavy hair has an attitude problem and is consistently on her phone. But other than that everything has been running smoothly and efficiently. So proud of them ironing out the kinks!!!

I placed a Mobile order to this Starbucks as my bus was coming to the stop and it said that the drink would be ready at a time that was before my bus would be departing from the station. 5 minutes after the time my app said my drink would be ready I politely asked the barista if she knew how long it would be and I was told quite rudely “it’ll be a few minutes we’re really busy”. Another 5 minutes went by and my bus was trying to leave, so myself and 3 other parties on my bus who were in the same boat had to leave without receiving our drinks at all. Over 20 minutes after we had placed the order in the mobile app. All while watching people order at the counter, receive their drinks, and leave.When I called the store for a refund (since I didn’t receive my drink) I was hung up on. Truly upsetting as I am a frequent Starbucks consumer. Unless you have an hour to wait at this rest stop, don’t even try. Get coffee from the Panera at the stop instead!

After waiting 30min for a single drink had to leave to catch our bus. When we asked about the drink we were dismissed by staff saying it was going to be a few minutes because they were busy. (When we arrived there were 2 people in line and we pre ordered on the mobile app) Never got the drink.

The worst Starbucks. Placed a mobile order (Ice coffee) and waited 40 min. Asked the girl multiple times about it. She just checked with her really mean face without any response. Finally a new girl came in for her shift and I asked her and she told me that they are out of ice coffee. 40 min wait to find out that they can't help me with my order. The girl who was working there between 10:40 and 11:20 today, October 1, 2023 offer customers only mean face and bad attitude. She should quit her job or should be fired. Never ever again I will visit this place.

Stopped here in mid-August on my way to work @ 0700. Used the drive thru (only available to southbound travelers) waited about 5 min at kiosk and then stopped at the window only to be told they had nobody to work the drive thru register (they open at 0500). Not sure why they couldnt just ring my iced tea up at a different register.
