It's not Santa Cruz anymore, it's Rancho Nuevo. The food was bland and far from authentic. None of the 4 of us liked what we got - tacos, burrito, salad. Maybe new owners? So hopefully they get their act together. Giving them benefit of the doubt with 3 ⭐.
The best place and wonderful food and service. I enjoy the food so much. I hate it that other people say bad things about this place because that's not true. It breaks my heart that people take time to hate on a small business. We should help each other out during time like this instead of brining people down. The waiters/waitresses are doing an incredible job and I will always be a customer. Thank you Santa Cruz for being an amazing place I will be back always.
The food here is amazing. The service was a bit second class. Im not sure if it was just tonight, because this place is highly rated, but we were pretty underwhelmed. Had to ask for my drink order (a single can of coke) three times, ask for water refills, and when leaving I was given someone else's bill.Overall, I'd rate this as a solid 3.5 only because of the service. Better service will change this to a 5 star rating immediately.
