Starbucks is a popular coffee shop known for its clean, organized, and comfortable environment. The location near Woodbury shops is especially convenient, offering a variety of food choices and easy access from the expressway. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with many reviews highlighting exceptional service. Staff members like Kenyeta and manager Franki go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, whether fixing mistakes or making customers feel welcomed. The store maintains a high standard of cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, including two very clean bathrooms. Popular menu items include the crème brûlée hot chocolate and hot egg sandwich, which are enjoyed on cold days or for a quick breakfast. Although the atmosphere is generally warm and inviting, some customers feel that the loud music can hinder work or phone calls, suggesting that better regulation of music volume could improve the environment for those needing to accomplish tasks. Overall, this Starbucks location is praised for quick service, excellent customer care, and a vibe that encourages customers to sit and enjoy their drinks. The staff’s positive attitude and willingness to accommodate make it a favorite spot for many visitors.
