My husband and I just had a lunch there. The place is overall good, they are trying to recreate the atmosphere of a French bistro cafe. The croissant and what they claim on the menu to be “French” is definitely not close to French cuisine. But the food is good. What we found outrageous is the pricing. $17 for a green salad and +18 for proteins!!, $31 for a Cobb salad, $22 for a quiche… this is way more expensive than NYC price. Be aware.

We have been to Cafe Deux many times…..and have had a fabulous dining experience each and every time. Great owners, great chef, great staff, great atmosphere and of course, great food. The forgoing are not mere superlatives…they are the truth!!!
Parking: There is on street parking as well as a municipal lot across the street.
I love this restaurant! The staff are all friendly and professional and the food is excellent. Don’t miss out on their chocolates or pastries either- I always leave this place with tons of goodies for my friends and they do not disappoint!

Had a very bad experience here. Entered restaurant with my wife, she instantly slipped over and fell to the floor due to a puddle of water on the slippery tiled floor. The manager came over, didn't seem at all concerned that my wife had fallen, said there's a sign saying wet floor (the sign wasn't clearly visible and was off to the side of the bar, partially hidden by a chair, some distance away from the puddle on the floor), and quite aggressively asked, "what do you expect me to do about it." We couldn't believe the attitude, no offer to seat my wife, no asking if she was ok, no suggestion of anything to remedy the situation, or make us feel better. Just, "what do you expect me to do." We left instantly, I'm not in the business of arguing with fools, or advising managers on how to run a restaurant, or deal with an accident - it's your job to offer a solution, not mine. Anyhow, the food might be great at this place (we didn't get to experience that), but the manager needs a serious attitude adjustment.
We had a wonderful brunch! I had the Norwegian with smoked salmon. They even had Gluten Free options. Amazing!

Quite possibly the best brunch I have ever had in a while! Food was fantastic, service was spectacular, hostess was extremely accommodating and friendly. This restaurant will be a staple for us!
Came here with family on a last minute bar-seat reservation, and our hostess had already switched us to a window-side table. Two dishes that really stood out for us: 1. Custard French Toast - Perfectly caramelized on the outside and stuffed with a delicious custard filling. This is the first time I had not felt the need to douse with or even use a drop of the maple syrup. 2. Farmer's Omelet - Perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also had the avocado toast and the Wagyu burger with a side of truffle fries. Everything was amazing!
