Went last night a new staff was clueless to what I was talking about when I said I would like a Small Boho and look at me strange. Yes a Bogo do you not see the sign in the window not only that but she had an attitude. Wait I am suppose to except your behavior and give your company my money. The small and the large size Bogo is the same price $7 something so get a large. A small is $4 something so why was I charge $7 something without toppings. These youngsters that are working needs to learn RESPECT. If I were to behave in an awful way I am called another ANGRY BLACK WOMEN RIGHT????? Why is it ok for you to be rude and nasty And I am suppose to be ok with it 🤔🤔🤔. I have worked since I was 16 years old and I am not lazy and pay taxes. I am a human being and could be treated with RESPECT stop looking at me like you have an issue with me. I don't know you nor do you know me. The man I sometimes see I guess is the store manager and he is nice. Please be mindful of who you are hiring I would love to come here but I don't want to come out of character. I once tried ordering UBER and my order was canceled and wouldn't allow me to something about I'm too close to Carvel. I am wishing Carvel success and better workers and more flavors to come. How about once a month coming out with Appreciation Day free for for example Hospital workers, law enforcements, kids under 8 free. I hope this helps to make better judgements

Arrived at 9 pm. Advertised that they close at 10 pm but the girl shakes her head that they’re closed. Other location down the street stays open to the advertised hours. I wonder why this one shuts down almost an hour before the advertised closing time. Happens often. Weird. Change it to close at 9pm?

I much prefer the Mamaroneck location as it has much more seating and a more pleasant outdoor area. It's also much more inviting than this location so I recommend going to the one in Mamaroneck. It's only about 1.25 miles from this one.

Has always been a perfect place to get ice cream. Great location. I’ve had many memories of getting my birthday cakes here since I was a child. Highly recommend this location!
This is my favorite Carvel of all time. I feel like the ice cream tastes better here. The service is quick, and excellent. I highly recommend this particular Carvel.
