I much prefer the Mamaroneck location as it has much more seating and a more pleasant outdoor area. It's also much more inviting than this location so I recommend going to the one in Mamaroneck. It's only about 1.25 miles from this one.

You have to go to Carvel. They used to only have soft ice cream but now have regular too. The attraction is the soft that you can’t get just anywhere. My wife and I decided to be bad and stopped. I got a large chocolate shake.i figured I might as well be real bad. The shake was large and thick, very good. My wife got a vanilla cone dipped in a cherry dip, small. She didn’t get crazy. She really enjoyed it. The staff isn’t very friendly and the store didn’t seem as clean...

Great ice cream, service, and great location BUT: 1- they never let u use the bathroom even if ur child really needs it. This has always turned me off. Especially since the ow era have their kids running around the store all the time. 2- they only have two low fat machines going and for some reason they always have vanilla and some other random flavor like mint. They don’t have low fat chocolate which boggles my mind. The carvel on Halstead ave closer to Mamaroneck has three...
