On our way to Boston from NJ, we stopped at this place for dinner. Nice bar, Nice food and lovely atmosphere. The waiters were very polite, courteous and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the food- all of us in the family enjoyed the food (We were a group of 6). We highly recommend this place.
Last two times food was only ok and understaffing caused long delays.You need more than 1 server.Rueben was full of indigestible dried endsSorry but I’ll take a long wait with great food or short wait with ok food but not both.
This place has a real old tavern feel. It's been around forever and the decor is so cool to see. From the old school windows and woodwork to the wall hangings there is no shortage of history. The food is tavern affair and is delicious.
