I had zero issues with my visit. I was served hot, fresh coffee and a nice big doughnut within minutes of entering. Place was clean and brightly lighted. Seating available. Lots of parking spaces in back. Pleasant help. ♿️

The service is terrible, almost the entire staff is rude and unable to get an order correct. 2 days in a row they messed up my order 2 days in a row they tried to argue my order wasnt incorrect, gave me a flavor coffee im allergic to, then the cashier angrily took the drink back remade it 3/4 full and handed it back to me. When i said i cant have this you made it in the same cup that had the coffee IM allergic to he argues that its fine as he rinsed it. I have never encountered such poor customer service. The audacity to argue with a customer saying you made their coffee that they get daily right when it’s completely wrong is baffling. Idk how dunkin donuts corporate allows this. And no bathroom? How is that allowed?

Ordered a cold brew, got an iced coffee, I can tell the difference. Additionally, no chocolate chip or blueberry muffins (2 big sellers)... wake up, get it together
My husband, kids and I were leaving for a roadtrip and stopped to pick up food that we preordered. Not only was it not ready, but they told my husband he couldn’t use the bathroom!! I have never in my life been to a Dunkin where they won’t let you use the bathroom. I live in town and assure you we will never be returning. Unacceptable and disgraceful.

Typical dunkin in every way, except you cannot use the restroom. The management is happy to tell you they are within their legal right not to offer a public restroom because they have under a certain amount of seating. I'm also within my right to give this review.

Horrible costumer service from Ashley. I usually go to this Dunkin in the mornings before work, but today I went later in the day. The Dunkin worker Ashley took my order where there was some sort of confusion on wether I ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee. I was very polite when she gave it to me just making sure she understood I had ordered an iced coffee. Instead of just addressing the error she started to argue with me and proceeded to roll her eyes as she walked away with my order. I asked for her name and she ignored me multiple times.
After asking at least three times her coworker approached me and also did not want to give me her name. The woman working with her was much lovelier to speak with but still Ashley proceeded to give dirty looks and roll her eyes when I Spoke with her coworker. Then as I got my iced coffee Ashely continued to argue with me about wether I order an iced coffee or a hot coffee. And I was not about to argue with someone for another minute about an iced coffee that was already done correctly by her co worker.
I go to Dunkin for my morning coffee, not to have someone be rude, roll their eyes and continue to argue with me. I suggest either go when she’s not around or don’t go. Will probably be visiting a new coffee spot, heard bagel shop makes great iced coffee.
