Horrible costumer service from Ashley. I usually go to this Dunkin in the mornings before work, but today I went later in the day. The Dunkin worker Ashley took my order where there was some sort of confusion on wether I ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee. I was very polite when she gave it to me just making sure she understood I had ordered an iced coffee. Instead of just addressing the error she started to argue with me and proceeded to roll her eyes as she walked away with my order. I asked for her name and she ignored me multiple times.
After asking at least three times her coworker approached me and also did not want to give me her name. The woman working with her was much lovelier to speak with but still Ashley proceeded to give dirty looks and roll her eyes when I Spoke with her coworker. Then as I got my iced coffee Ashely continued to argue with me about wether I order an iced coffee or a hot coffee. And I was not about to argue with someone for another minute about an iced coffee that was already done correctly by her co worker.
I go to Dunkin for my morning coffee, not to have someone be rude, roll their eyes and continue to argue with me. I suggest either go when she’s not around or don’t go. Will probably be visiting a new coffee spot, heard bagel shop makes great iced coffee.

I come here occasionally when I'm walking through the area with my daughter because she likes the donut holes but I never buy anything else here. The coffee I've had in the past is not good and I don't eat sweets. Their donuts are probably good. The staff is friendly enough but the ambiance here is terrible. It's very sterile, boring and there are only a few small tables.
Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the store that is also used by many CVS shoppers.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! GO TO MAMARONECK OR PORT CHESTER. I could not possibly rate this store lower than a one star. It deserves to be CLOSED. slow, inattentive, unable to handle a rush without missing items. I have left multiple times without getting all of my order.

Communication between customer and service provider was confusing. The food was good.
The people who work here are the best! I’m always impressed with how well they can get all the orders out even when it’s super busy.

Never. Again. Slow, no communication at all on orders. Complete mess. Our order was spread out over 3 different places within the shop for us to figure out and find where it all is. None of the receipts lined up with the orders and no one was calling out orders or receipt #’s, so best of luck if you want to find your food untouched and all in one place. I really enjoyed having to go thru other people’s food to find ours, on a dirty table no less. A couple of our things were in a mobile to go area… super helpful to randomly have half your order there when you didn’t order mobile to go. The drinks were terrible, all milk, no taste. We didn’t even bother with the food after seeing how things went down there. And definitely leave early or plan to be late if you’re catching a train or have anywhere to go in a decent time frame. Never. Again.
